it was good overall and had some very interesting beat choices and a handful of extremely impressive classic songs but the beat choices weren’t Always amazing and there’s just a few too many tracks
glam rock is not really my favorite genre especially when its as nicely produced as this is … i like me a freaky lofi glam rock album… that being said i appreciate this album and respect it a lot even though it isn’t for me and even though it’s not for me there’s a handful of songs i love on this :)
its not bad but i just dont think this band is for me they just have this sort of floppy toothless vibe to me on this album idk maybe thats controversial sorry
elvis famously cribbed his entire thing from black artists and then got more famous than them because it was easier to sell rock & roll records if they were done by a white person. he brings nothing new or unique to most of these recordings and so i can’t think of any real reason to listen to Any of these songs over the originals. this is most clear on his versions of tutti frutti and i’ve got a woman which are both miles beneath the classic originals. his greatest contribution to music history was his stage presence and dance moves or whatever which he also cribbed. nothing i’ve said just now is anything new. not a good album
people think rym has a problem with women… wait until they start using this website… beautiful album with incredible vocal performances and awesome production … at least admit the arca produced songs are good i mean yeesh

had some Strange British moments but i liked it sure
i loved this album more than i thought i would :)
awesome final three tracks really good live album crazy that something from 1960 can sound that good
