Harvest by Neil Young
Apr 30 2026
Pretenders by Pretenders
May 04 2026

Best so far. Good energy. Cant believe it's 1979

Highway 61 Revisited by Bob Dylan
May 05 2026

Really cool!! Totally dug it. Never gave Dylan enough time.

Gris Gris by Dr. John
May 07 2026

Oh wow. Very strange and strange production. A couple of goodies here.

Urban Hymns by The Verve
May 11 2026

New Wave Britpop Dreampop Ethereum eh

Kid A by Radiohead
May 13 2026

Fine. Cool production. A little quiet and York's voice is annoying

May 22 2026

Cool! Dimebag is one unique soloist. Angry skinny white boy music.

Hotel California by Eagles
May 25 2026

Welp... It's the Eagles. The soft stuff is way too soft it's melting on the brown carpet. The timeless hits are as good as always though. No real surprises here.

Want Two by Rufus Wainwright
May 28 2026

The first album I couldn't finish. String arrangements were very nice. Way too much sad sad crooning though. Couldn't sit through it in traffic.

Boston by Boston
Jun 01 2026

Ah the classic. Almost wall to wall singles. Very familiar with this one and happy to spin it again!

25 by Adele
Jun 02 2026
Here, My Dear by Marvin Gaye
Jun 03 2026

Yay! Everybody needs love.

Lady Soul by Aretha Franklin
Jun 04 2026

Love it!

Bright Flight by Silver Jews
Jun 10 2026

It's like funny country-ish Bob Dylan. Some good ones in here but overall not my thing.

Jun 12 2026

Wow! This one grew on me. Was not expecting this from the cover.

Machine Head by Deep Purple
Jun 15 2026

Good stuff! Almost wall to wall bangers

Pornography by The Cure
Jun 16 2026

It's fine good Cure. I prefer later Cure offerings though

Raw Power by The Stooges
Jun 17 2026

I see the ground being broken but it's not for me. Decent! Strong 6

Sincere by Mj Cole
Jun 18 2026

Wow! Never heard of this! Great dj electronic jams that seem ahead of the times.

Raising Hell by Run-D.M.C.
Jun 19 2026

I hear ground being broken again. Ruck Rubin doing his thing and Run & DMC forging a new path for millions to follow. I think this is a really strong early rap album if even a little repetitive. Even 7.

Bat Out Of Hell by Meat Loaf
Jun 22 2026

Ummm. Interesting... Paradise by the Dashboard Light is cool though. Light 5 maybe 4

Pictures At An Exhibition by Emerson, Lake & Palmer
Jun 24 2026

This grew on me quick. Still need to finish it ! Tentative score strong 7. Need to revisit!!

Now I Got Worry by The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion
Jun 25 2026

Weird! Gonna have to revisit and digest this one. 6/10

Stephen Stills by Stephen Stills
Jun 26 2026

Nice! Strong 7. This must be Stills from Crosby Stills etc

Lost In The Dream by The War On Drugs
Jun 29 2026

Very cool indie stuff! Will revisit! 7/10

Iron Maiden by Iron Maiden
Jun 30 2026

Maiden's first album. I love it! Different than the Dickinson era but you hear the instrumentals coming along. Early ideas brewing and developing. 7/10

Veckatimest by Grizzly Bear
Jul 01 2026

It's ok. Tried this one when new and ... Same result

Miriam Makeba by Miriam Makeba
Jul 03 2026

It was goodish. Didn't seem particularly groundbreaking but I'm ignorant. Not really my style again by happy to be educated.

Bummed by Happy Mondays
Jul 08 2026

Like poppier / slightly more accessible The Cure. 7/10

Gasoline Alley by Rod Stewart
Jul 09 2026

Pretty mid and mercifully short. Stewart's voice is very cool and unique though perhaps they were leaning on it a bit too much. Light 6 out of 10

Behaviour by Pet Shop Boys
Jul 10 2026

Pretty cool. Loved the instrumentation. Vocals were just ok. Light 7 out of 10

Bad by Michael Jackson
Jul 13 2026

It's good (Bad) Micheal. Huge hits unique performance totally 80s production Strong 7

Birth Of The Cool by Miles Davis
Jul 14 2026

Awesome jazzy boppin for a lively ride to work! A little too busy and jazzy for easy listening but it's much more accessible than Kind of Blue (the only Davis album I've tried before this one) Strong 7

The Hangman's Beautiful Daughter by The Incredible String Band
Jul 15 2026

The most challenging listen for me so far. Cellular Song about killed me. One highlight is The Minotaur. Cool vibe, gimmick and story telling on that one alone. Gotta go with a strong 3/10...

I Am a Bird Now by Antony and the Johnsons
Jul 16 2026

Ok wow that's different! Almost hated it but it grew on me. Strong 5.

I Should Coco by Supergrass
Jul 17 2026

Thank you for the energy. 6/10

Yeezus by Kanye West
Jul 22 2026

Better than I remember! Cool instrumentals. Iffy lyrics and vocal delivery. Strong 7.

Kenza by Khaled
Jul 24 2026

I really really like this! Production on point and vocals were very cool. Definitely deserves a spot here. Light 8.

Funeral by Arcade Fire
Jul 27 2026

Oh it's been so long!

Murmur by R.E.M.
Jul 28 2026

Way better than that other one I had to listen to! Strong 6

En-Tact by The Shamen
Jul 29 2026

These guys must've wrote the book on early 90s EDM. Good stuff! 7/10

Jul 30 2026

I can hear the influence that reverberated after this release! ---but still nearly 40 year later it sounds innovative and modern (unless you already know it's from the 1980s) Light 8.

Bubble And Scrape by Sebadoh
Jul 31 2026

It was ok. Not really for me. Maybe listened to half of it as I really wasn't in the mood for experiments today. Maybe I can revisit one day but it's not high on the priority list for me. 5/10

Superunknown by Soundgarden
Aug 03 2026

Even better than I thought it would be. After years of skipping Black Hole Sun from overexposure, this is a real surprise with great depth and variety (for what it is) By the time BHS rolls around it feels like it fits right in. Although it's a little depressive the music and vocals are outstanding. 8/10

Closer by Joy Division
Aug 05 2026

Influential. A lil too monotone on the vocals. Very consistent sound that I still thoroughly enjoyed tho. 7/10

Live / Dead by Grateful Dead
Aug 06 2026

Just what I thought it was. I cannot comprehend this meandering non sense. Did not finish 3/10

Madman Across The Water by Elton John
Aug 07 2026

Oh no! Piano ballads :( not the worst tho Not for me but great songwriters of course 5/10
