1001 Albums Summary

Phenomenal opening song. Classic if a bit overrated closer. Surprisingly bad in the middle.

Kind of a conundrum for me. Bono is obviously a great singer, and I really like the Edges guitar technique, but it all just seems so Bland to me. Certainly not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but just not that compelling. Do I like music?

Not to date myself, but this was the soundtrack to my sophomore year of high school. Still holds up.

Great album. Predictable in all the right places and unexpected in others. Danger Mouse's production really shines through.
