Pretty generic classical rock album. Kinda meh...

Urgh... This is my first 1 star album. It's soooo boring and long and I just didn't like it. Not one song is memorable.

Bob Marley & The Wailers
3/5
It was alright. Nothing too memorable.
Pretty generic classical rock album. Kinda meh...
Cream
3/5
Meh. Apart from the two most memorable songs, again a pretty generic rock album.
Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
3/5
Some hippy bullshit. Was pretty good though.
Neil Young & Crazy Horse
2/5
Some wailing country bullshit. Didn't expect anything and still was disapointed.
The White Stripes
4/5
Oh boy! What can I say... amazing all the way through.
Beatles
3/5
Pretty underwhelming considering they're the fucking Beatles. It's still good, but it's no Sargant Peppers' or The white album.
Grizzly Bear
3/5
A little to whiney for my taste, but overall a pretty good album.
George Jones
3/5
Not a country fan in the slightest, however this album wasn't that bad. I have nothing to compare it to though. I will put 3 stars however it's more like 2.5 stars.
Nirvana
4/5
Well fuck. I had never listened to this album in it's entirety. Was very surprised how varied the songs are and pretty awesome at that. Can't give it 5 stars because that would imply that every single song was a goddamn hit, which for me wouldn't be the case, but this gets a solid 4 stars.
The Kinks
2/5
This was pretty rough to get through. A very, very discount Beatles IMO. Sucked.
Donovan
3/5
Wasn't expecting much, and wasn't disappointed, however wasn't that impressed as well. A trippy album for sure, but not really my cup of tea.
Cyndi Lauper
3/5
Kinda fun, party girl album. Definitely not for me, but it was decent enough.
Miles Davis
3/5
Well jazz is definitely not my thing. I have no idea where to start even comprehending what I heard. I mean, it probably is technically pure genius and all that other jazz (LOL), but I'm just too incompetent to understand it.
Neil Young & Crazy Horse
3/5
Started off slowly but ramped up quite unexpectedly towards the end. A pretty solid rock album.
B.B. King
2/5
This wasn't very good IMO. It's just the same song over and over again. Maybe blues is not for me or at least not so much blues in this rapid of a succession.
Shuggie Otis
1/5
Urgh... This is my first 1 star album. It's soooo boring and long and I just didn't like it. Not one song is memorable.
Earth, Wind & Fire
3/5
Groovey stuff.
Björk
3/5
Interesting stuff. Reminds me of NIN a bit.
Elvis Costello
4/5
Pretty dope album, had no expectations at all, apart from the album cover. Very pleasantly surprised.
Prince
3/5
Heh, prince is dope.
David Bowie
3/5
Well, it was certainly an interesting album. Not quite sold on Bowie yet, but this looks promising.
DJ Shadow
3/5
Decent
Eurythmics
3/5
A pretty sweet album. I'm running out of things to say.
Pink Floyd
5/5
Bitch please! What is there to say? A fucking masterpiece of musical expression.
The Jesus And Mary Chain
3/5
Pretty interesting stuff. Kind of laid back and easy to listen to. A solid 3.5 stars.
Kraftwerk
2/5
For me this is definitely an acquired taste thing, and boy have I not acquired that taste yet. Perhaps someday, but as of now, I can give credit where credit is due. This guys probably pioneered the early elctro-music scene or whatever, but this was a struggle to get through.
New Order
2/5
Complete mehs-ville. A generic 80's pop album with no real redeeming qualities.
Belle & Sebastian
3/5
A decent feel-good indy album.
Arrested Development
3/5
Cool
Madonna
4/5
Was awesome
Echo And The Bunnymen
2/5
Lackluster at best. I don't even know what genre of music this was. Punk? Soft punk? I don't care.
Robert Wyatt
1/5
It was shit
Creedence Clearwater Revival
4/5
Classic, good, nice.
Mike Oldfield
3/5
It was quite weird in the beginning, but it was pretty trippy by the end. Quite awesome.
Ice Cube
3/5
Pretty noice. I guess it's revolutionary.
Radiohead
2/5
Meh. Too whiney for my taste.
Brian Eno
2/5
No comments at all. Just plain old dumb.
Sufjan Stevens
3/5
Unexpectedly chill stuff. Liked it very much.
The Stooges
4/5
This was fucking epic as shit!
Roxy Music
2/5
Meh
The Mamas & The Papas
2/5
Stupid hippy bullshit. sucked!
Morrissey
2/5
It was kind of a big meh for me. Not all out unlistenable but definitely not going to return to this one.
Red Hot Chili Peppers
4/5
I do love me some RHCP. Perhaps I'm a bit of a casual in regards to their music, as I enjoy their later stuff a bit more. Californication being the magnum opus for the band, however I do like the funk/punk mix of their earlier stuff as well. Nevertheless I can't help but groove along their music and for me that's a marker or something awesome.
4/5
UUU Boy! Never was one for David Bowie, but as of late I'm really getting into his stuff. Ziggy Stardust for me is top Bowie, but then again I haven't yet listened to his other stuff. But this album was a really cool mix of rock and weird rock. Starman, C'mon, that shit is awesome!
Earth, Wind & Fire
4/5
I like this band. I really can't say anything more. They're great and I like them.
