Divided opinion at the time. I am with those who didn’t rate it.
Excellent. Never heard of them. But resonates with a lot of good music.
It’s a 2.5 for me. The first half is edgey funk which I really enjoyed. But unfortunately this fizzled out.
I thought I had seen the back of late 60s psychedelica.
Love this album. Could have nominated it myself. It’s only negative is that is needs Wikipedia to explain the plot fully
Not bad
Dither why you would add this one. Pretty generic
Resonates with Death Cab for Cutie but songs not as good as
I was going to nominate this. Absolutely 5* album from left field. Who knows what it is about, but who cares. Low fi brilliance. An indie classic.
I don’t see the point of adding this album
So so. Not a classic or a missing album
As an Irishman I feel like I’m betraying Damien by not rating him higher. It is a cover I see everywhere, but it’s quite samey and the lowkey vibe tires after a while. Couple of great tunes, love Cannonball.
Surprisingly very good
Can’t believe this is an important addition
Harmless
Like a poor man’s Weezer
I like it
3rd track by R2D2
Never heard of them. Would like to have attended a gig. However throughout this list I have maintained- live albums are cheating.
Good beat. But forgettable
Hits are good. Some padding there too
Not sure why I ignored this album. It’s quite good
Don’t rate it
It is like The Wall was extended
1 star. Not because it is terrible. It just doesn’t belong on this list. A couple of pop hits does not an album make. Ironically I was a fan back in the day! My brother once called me out for wearing my runners untied a la Nic K. Highly embarrassing.
Passable
Just doesn’t resonate with me

This was not an omission from the original list.
Not entirely brilliant. But a definite addition to the original list.
Not sure this is an addition to the list
Live is cheating. Even if it is good.
Lost in the dream is the one I rate higher. However I like the vibe. As some other reviewers said, let it was over you. Great driving music.
So so

Don’t get it.

Sounds like a mid afternoon festival support act.
As eclectic as they get. Makes a great sound. Glad I heard it. Won’t be going back
Liking this post list list less
Love it. I discovered Teenage Fanclub from their compilation album “Four Thousand….” So I was spoiled and took a while to go back to their discography.
