Why the heck is everyone so whiny?? Maybe I just have trouble with this genre in general…
Too long, but decent as background music.
It does have energy to it, but not my kind.
Noooo thank you :<
Classic reggae! : ]
Oh no, I’m not so sure I think Bruce Springsteen can sing. 😬
Wrong kind of energy for me, eh.
Turns out I like Hejira more, this album was just eh for me.
Very pleasantly surprised and delighted by what I heard!
Great to listen to while working on taxes! X)
Prior to this, Teardrop was the only song of theirs I knew. I enjoyed the whole album!
Oh god so whiny. : |
Not whiny, hurray!
Good for background music, I was familiar with Le Freak. I guess this sort of disco is too repetitive for me. 🤷♀️
Enjoyed this album lots! :D
I really liked how the album started, but the rest I was pretty neutral on.
I liked You Just Have to Be Crazy. :)
I like this style of singing for a few songs, but a whole album is too much.
Good but not as good as the other album of theirs we listened to!
Wow I hate it. The first 20 seconds grated badly and I hoped things would get better, but no. 😬 I kinda liked the music in Can’t Stop, but that’s it.
Meh. Rates better than the Blues Explosion at least!
I think I’m not super keen on Nirvana. Definitely familiar with and feel fine about several songs, but overall they’re just not my jam (or ham, as I first typed 😜). 🤷♀️
I know two songs on this album and that is the only reason it’s getting a 2. 😐
I enjoyed it and everything suggested subsequently! Would listen to more. : ]
If The Clash and The B52s had a baby and The Talking Heads were godparents… 😬
Such a voice, *excellent* playing in the background.
Eh, not my style.
Mellow, I enjoyed it. : ]
Good listening while waiting to check in at urgent care!
I actually liked the whole album way less than I thought so would. Interesting.
Meh. It all just sounds like Beach Boys.
I knew a number of these songs but had never known they were Dusty Springfield!
It was okay. I of course knew Come On Aileen and do enjoy that song, but the rest didn’t inspire me much.
I’d listen again. :)
