Beautiful soul album, definitely sounds like it's of the era it was made. You can hear influences of it everywhere, Portishead, etc. 4.5/5

Totally had no idea sweet emotion was on this

A good reference for where alt rock was at the start of the 21st century. Less raw, more polished and Thom Yorke cameos.

If you like blues rock from the 60s sung by white dudes that sound older than they are, you'll love this.

My all time favorite unplugged album

Never heard this before, but some of the beats and rhythms are very identifiable in a lot of current music. Lots of samples from this album!

Does it sound like mid 90s dub? Yes. Is it 30 minutes too long? Yes. Will I ever listen to this again? No It's a time capsule for a sound, and it's a prime example of why it didn't take. Even stoned this album would annoy me.
