I really enjoyed this one and it was a really enjoyable mostly instrumental album. I wasn't the biggest fan of the audio from the film on the last track (mostly just because I didn't really understand it given I haven't watched the film) but this was one of my favourites so far

This was a long one but a good one, some of the tracks were 20 mins long but didn't overstay their welcome I really enjoyed this more jam based album. In particular feedback stood out to me as It was essentially a proto drone/ambient noise song which impressive since it came out 6 years before lou reeds metal machine music which I always considered to be the first instance of that genre Also the recording quality is impressive for 1969

Going to be a bit of a hater here but not really for me it was alright but not really my sort of jam and i didnt really enjoy it to much overall id give it a 6/10. I know a lot of people like this one but its just not really for me which is a shame. Ill try and come back to this at some point it may grow on me. Sorry joe

I was looking forward to this album since this band is cited as an influence for a lot of my favorite alt rock bands. Overall it was a pretty fun listen, not as heavy or as dark as I was expecting but still a fun alt rock album nonetheless

I know I'm in the minority here but I love this album. In my opinion It's one of the greatest funk rock albums of all time. The playing on this album is great from tom morello on guitar his solos are unique and very memorable and also tim commerford's playing on bass is incredible across this entire album. I can see why some people think the album is samey but I think each track stands out. This is a great album overall in my opinion. My only real criticism is the lyrics can feel a little repetitive but I think they fit the album well overall. The mixing is also superb on this album

Year 10 me loved this album and i still think its a good album ,musically this album is amazing all the riffs and solos are really good and still hold up well, that being said the lyrics are a little edgy especially on songs like regular people and miss the mark sometimed imo but overall I think it works with the theme of the album. The stand out tracks for me would be walk, this love and mouth for war. Whilst it's not my favorite pantera album, I'd still argue it's a classic and its a shame its legacy has been tainted by the actions of Phil almenso Also it's a really fun listen if you've played the classic doom as a lot of the tracks are the same riffs.its a 4.5/5 for me so I'll round it down to 4 the tracks in the game are pretty much copies of riffs from this album
