1001 Albums Summary

Classic album. How can anyone not like it? I don't usually listen to blues but this was fantastic.

Not much usual listen but honestly its an absolute bop

Elvis is such a bloody legend! There are some great tracks on this album. Some don't even sound like him.

There's a vision, I don't know if I like it or if they fulfilled it, but it's definitely there. I don't know, it feels like a parody or smth When I finally feel like I'm vibing the fucking kazoo comes back; and those boings wtf are they! I feel like a wood nymph, or a fairy, or an elf idk.

So sad but I love it.

It's EXACTLY my kind of thing. But it wasn't mind blowing. May as well just listen to The Beatles. They sound very similar but of course The Beatles are better.

I love early bee gees but in no way does this beat Mr. Natural.

Not as good as Born To Run

I hate those swifties who look to her lyrics as gospel. She's not a good lyricist, her lyrics are elementary. But what did I expect? Nothing. It's over-produced and over-hyped tripe. If you want good lyrics google Gareth Paisey. It's primary school disco music and if I'm honest I can vibe to it, there is a reason she is so popular. I've always despised over-produced music, when each beat is made by a computer, I know that she can actually play instruments which is why I prefer her later stuff. But the fact that all her songs are autobiographical, that they are all her just complaining about her terrible life, it makes my ears bleed. It feels like she has no opinions, she's so inoffensive it's offensive. Yet, Shake It Off is a great pop song and is the only reason this is two stars. And I have to say she is a good singer, though I don't like her voice and never have, I can appreciate that.

I usually love The National, Boxer is such a great album but this album feels repetitive and boring compared to it.
