Lots of unnecessary tracks with amazing highlights. Could have been a 5 and a full hour shorter

Why does a song called “Antichrist Television Blues” have a happy upbeat instrumental with claps on 2 and 4. Not as lyrically interesting as it wants to be and mostly incoherent with a handful of interesting moments 4/10

Didn’t try anything extraordinary but overall a pretty pleasant listen. Care of Cell 44 was strong and Changes was pretty creative, nothing else stood out much

Really really high 4. Title track, Leaving the Table, If I Didn’t Have Your Love + It Seemed the Better Way are all 5/5 quality Instrumentals are incredibly sexy and Cohen’s voice is perfect for this

Sounds like Undertale But in fact it is not video game boss music you are just supposed to listen to it Genesis/DANCE/DVNO brought this up from a 1 to a decent-strong 2

Mediocre melancholy rock. Gay Messiah and Crumb by Crumb were interesting but not representative of the rest of the album

Bound 2, New Slaves, Black Skinhead are all Kanye at his best. I love On Sight + Blood on the Leaves too argue with a wall. Not a perfect album but so creative, nothing really sounds like Yeezus Shame Kanye retired on the day Donda dropped and we never heard from the guy again 😢

I think the intro set my expectations too high the actual music was a slight letdown. Love the chaos of the performance though

Basic blueprint of East Coast rap in a good way. If you’ve heard Illmatic or Ready to Die you’ve kinda heard this already but it’s a good album. Better than Jay-Z Best track You Can’t Stop The Prophet, hilarious and awesome storytelling

Not the best album but the Foxes have a really cool sound. Inspired me to check out more of their stuff

Nico does a 45 minute medieval bard impression. Nothingburger

Depeche Mode basically took the spacy sound profile that dominated a lot of the 80s, marinated it in a Winter Soldier-style steroid chamber, took it out and dressed it up nice with a sort of electronic-techno-futurist base of rhythm and keys, and sent it to war. Pretty awesome and definitely creative and influential. If this is “music for the masses,” then hey man consider me the masses
