Love Bowie, album is solid, but definitely not my favorite of his. Realistic rating of 3/5

Can hear the influences and the contemporaries of Blur throughout the album. Certainly an album that embodies the 90s British rock/punk sound.

5/5 Some of the best rock songs ever written on this album with some in-between songs that showcase Jimi's wild and wonderful mind.

Will continue to reach for some of these tunes. Tiny Dancer is just the tip of the beautiful iceberg that is this album.

Very angry album with a lot of heavy emotions. Not my personal go-to style of music, but I can appreciate it. Some iconic songs on here. After reading some more history about the album, it’s clearly a controversial album (not atypical of Trent Reznor). It raises the question “if art inspires individuals to commit acts of violence, should the art be made?”

Love the Byrds. Didn't realize they were so folky/country!

Never got into Eminem when I was younger. Definitely a slice of nostalgia of that era, but not my cup of tea, even if it's a "shock, but just kidding" style of album.

Strong - Wildfires is an excellent song. Would come back for a handful of songs, but not for the album.

Incredible voice, but hard to appreciate the nuance without knowing the language. Would give it a shot with subtitles I guess.

Too big an album to give it a thorough listen, but this is reminiscent of my childhood with a mother who sang these songs. Not to mention the fact that she's an incredible voice of a generation. 4 only because it needs to be chopped down to one album (which is PLENTY to get Gershwin)

Love her or hate her, she writes a ton of songs that are above average/good/great. Could listen to this album often and enjoy it each time. Not 5 stars, but a very solid 4.
