He's doing 70s voice and quite badly. I didn't realise this song is The Passenger or that it's by him - i don't like it lol This feels like 70s slop in the same way when I was growing up loads of bands copied The Libertines and then later Arctic Monkeys except somehow this has endured. It's shit. Lol I truly am finding this completely insufferable. Turn Blue is genuinely one of the worst songs I've ever heard. I can't wait to 1 star this shite

I can tell this is a good album by a good band but I just find them annoying. At least the voice is less gravelly and dumb than in their later releases. They're quite prone to writing a good song then being like what if we made loads of irritating noises now lol They just say stuff Why are you just putting static in my ears for no reason. Fuck off.

I used to pretend to like this more than i did because I didn't want to sound thick. I'm actually enjoying it more than then though. Few songs in the middle are a bit of a slog. Kind of hard work at times but very good. Shame Thom Yorke's a zionist freak

Why do people put baby crying noises on their songs? It's wank. A lot of this is just them saying their names. Stop introducing each other. This album is cool and I can see why people like it but at times it's either boring or annoying. I get why this is good and why people like it but to me it's grating. Even the songs I like on it are vaguely annoying.

Very cool, stylish, timeless. A little bit samey at times though. Good one to throw on in the background at some sort of dinner/wine party if you want people to think you're civilised A bit repetitive. Needs some actual bangers that stand out

She's good but a lot of this is very forgettable. I'm listening to it and get the sense she's capable of better. Needs a couple more bangers. I thought we'd got on to another banger but Spotify has moved onto a different album lol

If I put aside my feelings about the band and their fans, it's really good. Doesn't feel that ground breaking when you listen to it now but hearing it for the first time will have been sick. Isn't special enough for 5 stars but it's a great album.

Class so far. 3 of the first 5 songs are fairly iconic. Not life changing but very good. Not doing enough for 5 stars but super solid album.

This is ass. Not offensively bad, just ass. Don't know if this was considered ground breaking but it's ass Some songs are merely fairly ass rather than straight ass but I can't think of a set of circumstances in which I would ever listen to this again

I know some people love this band but I find them very bland and the guys voice is nails on a chalkboard to me. I don't think they're a bad band but i find them painful to listen to.

This isn't terrible but it is incredibly bland, generic, uninspiring. I just listened to it and can't remember a single song. It all just blends into one yawnfest. This will be quite a generous two stars.
