The White Album by Beatles
Jan 22 2026

I don’t usually listen to The Beatles. I’ve heard their bigger songs before and they were never really my vibe, but I gave the White Album ( 1968) a full listen anyway. Honestly, it just didn’t click for me. The album felt very experimental but also kind of messy, and no track really stood out or stuck with me after it ended. Maybe this just wasn’t the right album for me, and after researching i can see how this album is supposed to be a contrast from previous works, but I still don’t really get the hype around the band.

Back In Black by AC/DC
Jan 23 2026

Absolute gem! This album is incredibly coherent from start to finish, which really made me think about how many albums today have lost the sense of a true album or project identity. At times, I wouldn’t even notice when one song ended and another began until it fully kicked in. Great solos and an amazing overall energy. Rock n roll aint noise pollution!

Van Halen by Van Halen
Jan 24 2026

Obvious musicianship and insane guitar skills, but i'm afraid besides the known songs, none of the rest really HAD something besides the solos

All Things Must Pass by George Harrison
Jan 27 2026

Great record, some songs immediately stuck out, others didn't really do it for me. For someone who isn't the biggest fan of the beatles, i think george's record might have given me a different entry point that might make the band grow on me

White Blood Cells by The White Stripes
Mar 28 2026

Started out great i was looking forward but then it just stayed the same

Tuesday Night Music Club by Sheryl Crow
Mar 30 2026

Reading the story behind this record really helps understand it more and appreciate it, loved the first and last one on there.

Vol. 4 by Black Sabbath
Mar 31 2026

Simply iconic, and for many reasons

Joan Armatrading by Joan Armatrading

WHAT IN THE TRACY CHAPMAN BLUEPRINT IS THIS , absolute gem

Fear Of Music by Talking Heads
Apr 04 2026

Besides Heaven, this record didn't do it for me, it's a bit too noisy

Mama's Gun by Erykah Badu
Apr 05 2026

Got hooked on the first song off the record, then it started feeling monotone until the second half of the album which i really liked, maybe cause the songs started feeling more structured? Overall i think it was really soulful and nice to listen to..as background music ( besides some of the songs on bottom half )

Seventeen Seconds by The Cure
Apr 06 2026

Had a difficult time listening to this one, most of the songs have no lyrics which i get isnt a criteria on its own but, even when there was lyrics, i felt it was just to fill in the gap of having just music, which sometimes sucked because the music itself was really telling of the emotion it was trying to procure.

Darklands by The Jesus And Mary Chain
Apr 09 2026

a very meh record for me, felt repetitive

Darkdancer by Les Rythmes Digitales
Apr 10 2026

I think they did a great job at encapsulating the energy or the vibe they were going for, its just not for me personally

Live And Dangerous by Thin Lizzy
Apr 11 2026

Great record, i think still in love with you is one of the best songs ive ever heard

Atomizer by Big Black
Apr 13 2026

too much noise

Definitely Maybe by Oasis
Apr 25 2026

you can already hear the signature oasis sound in this record, however, felt dull and veryyy repetitive overall, my favorite on there was probably slide away - which sounds exactly like their later hits lol

Scott 2 by Scott Walker
Apr 27 2026

What in the disney princess movie is this

The Doors by The Doors
Apr 28 2026

last three tracks carried the album ngl

Band On The Run by Paul McCartney and Wings
May 08 2026

just like george harrison's solo work, this one by paul is another gateway into the beatles for those who did not get the hype of their group work, absolute gems on this one like let me roll it and no words!

May 10 2026

Great instrumentals, just thought the vocals could be more fit into the music, but when you look at the context of the album, its genius in the way that the vocals express the revolution itself

Pump by Aerosmith

Trio by Dolly Parton
