I just can't get into Elliott Smith's music. Seriously. I tried when I was younger because everyone talks about him and how great this album in particular is. I can't see it. Hate his voice and I fail to recognize the genius of the lyrics, in the end all tracks blend together for me.

It's incredible to me how Bowie can be such a great musician with incredible albums and at the same time have some pretty mid ones too. Unfortunately Young Americans falls under the last category for me. It's just not all that. Some good tracks weren't enough to change the overall feeling of the album.

What a classic. Not my favorite Iron Maiden album but still a good one.

A truly punk rock noisy mesh with incredibly distinctive guitar and drums. Just the type of music that makes you want to set everything on fire.

The minute this album started I got the feeling that every single track could probably be used in a movie for a car chase and I was right. I guess is okay if you listen to one or two tracks but the whole thing is pretty tiring.

Loved how raw and emotional it was. I knew "Fast Cars" but otherwise had never heard of this singer before. Pretty glad I got to change that. Amazing album.

Overall it's just okay. I'm not north american so maybe that's why I don't have strong feelings for Brian Wilson or The beach boys music and consequently this album.

Ever since starting this project I've been waiting for a OutKast album. Bonafide legends. Stankonia is, to put it simply, an amazing experience. It's the type of album you just don't skip.

I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed the album. I'm not a huge Beatles fan so I didn't expect to be a pleasant experience. I completely forgot how it is their most experimental album. It's fun and unpredictable and while listening I could see where other rock/indie bands got their inspiration for their sounds. It's pretty good.

Is crazy how Bucky Done Gun sounds exactly like Anitta's' english songs. Overall is just okay-ish.

I can't believe how low the rating is. It's such a unique album. Awful cover art apart, you're hit with one of the best meshes between goth punk and punk rock in the 80s. Great discovery.

I feel like if you grew up in the late 90s early 00s you heard this album at least a dozen times. Californication is fucking inescapable. Somehow against my will I know every word to most of the songs, so this one is a miss for me because I'm so sick of hearing it.

It's good but it's also the type of music you can't truly appreciate without being high as fuck.

This one is the type of album that only really has a great impact if you're from the US. I know Johnny Cash is a good artist but I just can't see myself listening to him on my own.

Promentalshitbackwashpsychosis Enema Squad (The Doodoo Chasers) is an insane track.

This one is without a doubt Pixies's best album.

While I was listening to the album I just thought "all the tracks apart from Layla are kinda boring".

It's really funny how Morrissey's music is only interesting in the smiths.

Honorable mention to "Rock me baby"

As I listen to this I find myself wondering "why have a Morrissey album on this list when everyone knows he's only worthy listening to on The Smiths?" definitely one of life's mysteries.

I guess the word for this album is smooth. I did feel oddly hit on? I don't really know how else to explain it.

I wish we could give half stars too. This one is a 2.5/5 for me.

My hate for electronic music continues to prove to be the correct emotion for this genre. It sounds like the inside of a department store.

It's impossible to be brazilian and dislike Sepultura. That being said... I really don't like death/thrash metal. I can appreciate aspects of the album and I'm genuinely happy I got to listen to it, considering I only knew "Roots".

Fenomenal

While Dylan's singing is not as bad as people make it out to be, his lyricism is also not as good as they say so... overall it balances itself out.

Genuinely surprised to see an album made after the early 2000's. It's unfortunate that they didn't choose a better one.

Almost unbearably boring

It shocked me to see so many bad reviews, especially when the majority of them claimed the lyrics to be offensive in some capacity. The album is a clear portray of Kendrick's life and the environment he grew up in, the lyrics make very evident that is not about endorsing or demonizing that but understanding and sharing how going thru it can impact someone's choices. The album paints a complete story that we sometimes can't even see in styles that have storytelling as their baseline. To me this record just proves why Kendrick deserves the hype.

Definitely not the biggest fan of thrash metal

Went into this album extremely apprehensive of what I was about to listen to, since I genuinely get a full body cringe every time 'Roxanne' plays somewhere. Guess I was right to be this afraid. This was one of the worst experiences this generator made me go through. It's impossible to believe in music after listening to 'Mother' because if THAT is what's considered good I fear for the human race. I think I'll take a break from this project.

This is my favorite Led Zeppelin album of all time. I remember being younger and getting into rock because of this record. I don't think I can describe how it felt to listen to "Babe I'm gonna leave you" for the first time, it just altered my brain chemistry forever.

Absolute fire.
