A Northern Soul by The Verve
Aug 26 2025

Could definitely tell it was from the 90’s. Did enjoy one very emo song

Home Is Where The Music Is by Hugh Masekela
Aug 27 2025

Very fun and perfect to listen to during the work day. There was a sound that was kind of like R2D2 in one of the songs. It was also giving Peanuts. Would listen to this album again.

Dirt by Alice In Chains
Aug 28 2025

It was fine

OK Computer by Radiohead
Aug 29 2025

Too much background noise which made it hard for me to focus on the lyrics…but it wasn’t a terrible album.

Let's Get It On by Marvin Gaye
Aug 31 2025

Listened while working, made me want to eat pineapple

Bummed by Happy Mondays
Sep 01 2025

Not my favorite but fun to dance and vibe to

Pieces Of The Sky by Emmylou Harris
Sep 03 2025

LOVED this album! What an incredible voice, I can now see where some of my favorite country pop girlies got some of their influence.

A Seat at the Table by Solange
Sep 04 2025

Powerful. Cool to hear her after not listening since 2002.

Armed Forces by Elvis Costello & The Attractions
Sep 05 2025

It was good.

Sep 06 2025

Wish I was engaging in vegetable eating and hitting the pen stiller while listening instead of working.

3 Feet High and Rising by De La Soul
Sep 07 2025

Listened with my best friend who said this is what she listened to as a kid

Disintegration by The Cure
Sep 08 2025

The type of album I want to listen to on a rainy September day, looking out the window. Makes me wish I was a goth baddie. Perfect spooky goth album for the fall season. 4/5 stars because the songs were so long

Hot Fuss by The Killers
Sep 09 2025

Please stand for our national anthem….COMIN OUT OF MY CAGE AND IVE BEEN DOING JUST FINE

Eliminator by ZZ Top
Sep 10 2025

Truly hoping “TV Dinners” makes my Spotify wrapped. I listened to the song 5 more times after I finished the album.

Palo Congo by Sabu
Sep 11 2025

Let’s dance 💃🏻. This album is older than my dad!!!!!!!!!! Was still good. Not super my type, but it’s always a good thing to broaden my horizons.

Parklife by Blur
Sep 13 2025

This was fun! Judging an album by its cover it automatically got 5 stars from me, but after listening I toned it down.

Next by The Sensational Alex Harvey Band
Sep 14 2025

No thank you

Grace by Jeff Buckley
Sep 16 2025

Some pretty decent songs on this album, a couple I added to my liked songs playlist. I felt there were a couple that also didn’t need to be on the album. Overall good!

Moving Pictures by Rush
Sep 17 2025

I can’t tell if his voice is supposed to be satire or not. When I say I don’t want to listen to old music, this is what I mean. Tom Sawyer gives me flashbacks to high school when the annoying sub who was hit by a train called the radio station to have them play the song during class. The only song I liked was the beginning of The Camera Eye because it sounded cool and there was no singing.

The Wall by Pink Floyd
Sep 19 2025

I want to see the ballet version

Closer by Joy Division
Sep 22 2025
Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin
Sep 23 2025

I didn’t find it too exciting but it wasn’t terrible

The Poet by Bobby Womack
Sep 24 2025

There were some funny lines and it was a fun album to dance to. Not super my thing, but I was not bad.

Reggatta De Blanc by The Police
Sep 25 2025

I did not vibe with this album. It’s only 49 minutes long but every single song seemed to last forever. My bf said he likes this album, I’ll see if he has a fever. Anyways, ACAB.

Germfree Adolescents by X-Ray Spex
Sep 26 2025

This album was so fun to listen to!!! Definitely up my alley.

Out Of The Blue by Electric Light Orchestra
Sep 27 2025

In the 8th grade my science fair project was something with music wavelengths and I used ELO as an example. I didn’t do very well because I procrastinated. My teacher probably knew I didn’t actually listen to the music when I talked about them being an orchestra…boy was I wrong!!!!!

Rocks by Aerosmith
Sep 28 2025

Aerosmith is a band I honestly didn’t think existed until the 90’s…probably because I wasn’t alive before then. My oldest bro was really into these guys when I was a kid. I really like the Armageddon song, and they do have some great hits. In otherwise got annoyed with Steven Tyler’s voice and will deem this “old music”

Master Of Puppets by Metallica
Sep 29 2025

Metallica is fun in moderation - I love a little head bang and thrashing as much as the next guy, but man are those songs long or what?!

Court And Spark by Joni Mitchell
Sep 30 2025

Although, Joni’s voice isn’t really my cup of tea, I did enjoy the lyrics and the variety of the music. That last song?! 😮‍💨

NEU! 75 by Neu!
Oct 01 2025

I was very tired when I started listening to this and almost fell asleep at work bc it’s soothing

Queen II by Queen
Oct 02 2025

I hope this isn’t the last album someone listens to before they die, otherwise they will die in agony. (Jk it wasn’t THAT bad) I did find this album a bit boring, I don’t think I’ll go out of my way to listen to it again.

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Oct 06 2025

I so badly did not want to listen to this album. It was not terrible

Abattoir Blues / The Lyre of Orpheus by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Oct 07 2025

To be honest I’m a little iffy on the voice, but I did find one song I really enjoyed that was a little spicy. It was also a great album.

Third by Portishead
Oct 08 2025

It was good background noise but I don’t know that I’d choose this album on my own

Gorillaz by Gorillaz
Oct 09 2025

It was a decent album, I don’t have much to say

You Want It Darker by Leonard Cohen
Oct 11 2025

His voice is pretty, sounds just like he’s telling a story in a deep quiet tone.

Supa Dupa Fly by Missy Elliott
Oct 12 2025

The album, while good, was slow and kept the same tempo throughout. Would have liked a bit more variety.

Faith by George Michael
Oct 13 2025

I did dose off a bit, but the album is very fun and a little spicy!!

Dookie by Green Day
Oct 14 2025

These guys are great live, btw

Faust IV by Faust
Oct 15 2025

It was a nice chill vibe

Fly Or Die by N.E.R.D
Oct 16 2025

I was surprised this was the album of choice. Some funny lyrics but only a 3.5 star rating from me

Urban Hymns by The Verve
Oct 17 2025

This was great to listen to while working!!!

Want Two by Rufus Wainwright
Oct 19 2025

It was not my favorite sound. Was not bad, just not for me.

Time Out by The Dave Brubeck Quartet
Oct 20 2025

Perfect background music

Pearl by Janis Joplin
Oct 21 2025

Dreamt about the song “cry baby”

American Idiot by Green Day
Oct 22 2025

Brought me right back to middle school. Which, yikes, but at least I had good music taste.

Although, a fantastic album with a few songs I added to my “liked” playlist, many sound the same and the album blends together a bit too much.

Machine Gun Etiquette by The Damned
Oct 24 2025

The singer sounds like Robin Williams when Robin would speak. For “old” music I didn’t mind it!!!

Lost Souls by Doves
Oct 26 2025

Honestly a great album to kiss my boyfriend to. Top notch. Great vibes.

Arrival by ABBA
Oct 29 2025

They are a hits band but they always slap.

Heaux Tales by Jazmine Sullivan
Oct 30 2025

Awooga so sexy

Songs In The Key Of Life by Stevie Wonder
Nov 05 2025

Album was a bit long so I did get a smidge bored. It sure was smooth, though!!

Physical Graffiti by Led Zeppelin
Nov 06 2025

Another long album!!!!! Old people music but I still didn’t hate it.

...Baby One More Time by Britney Spears
Nov 07 2025

A masterpiece. The memories I have from her first two albums are happy. I’m a pop girlie through and through

Revolver by Beatles

Cross by Justice
Nov 16 2025

This was so fun. Had me beepin and boppin

Your Arsenal by Morrissey
Nov 19 2025

Such a jerk of a human but such a good musician.

Raw Power by The Stooges
Nov 22 2025

Sounded a little old to me

Roxy Music by Roxy Music
Nov 23 2025

Not my favorite album by them.

Mask by Bauhaus
Nov 28 2025
Mama's Gun by Erykah Badu
Dec 10 2025

While I did enjoy the way each song flowed into the next, the album did make me feel a little eepy.

Feast of Wire by Calexico
Dec 11 2025

Very soothing in the instrumentals. Also enjoyed the singing, some of the songs felt like they should have been on the twilight soundtrack.

The La's by The La's
Dec 12 2025

I was hoping this was the band who sang the literal La la’s on the Gilmore Girls…they weren’t. However, their hit did play on the iconic Parent Trap (Lindsay Lohan era) and in the first episode of the aforementioned Gilmore Girls. The album trailed off by the end and began to be a bit boring after starting off strong.

Steve McQueen by Prefab Sprout
Dec 17 2025

I felt mixed things listening to this album. The voice is good - it gets unhinged. He’s no lightening. Ka chow

Dec 18 2025

Reminds me so much of high school…the sound, the songs, everything.

Dec 19 2025

Old people music that I didn’t mind!!! I remember buying a Lynyrd Skynyrd shirt when I was in middle school because a friend of mine and myself loved saying the band name. I had buyers remorse and returned the shirt the next day. I didn’t think spending $20 on a band shirt from vanity back in 2005 was worth it for a funny name. I didn’t listen to the band!!! Wouldn’t have been able to name 3 songs without my dad around.
