College friend Zach loved the Beatles and I credit him for getting me into them. The first time I listened to abbey road (on vinyl) start to finish was in Zach's dorm room, a little bit high, with a good set of headphones. Uww circa 1993. It was a five star then and a five star now. Thanks friend!

Prince fan. Best concert memory (1998), ended up at Paisley Park for an impromptu show. Maybe 300 people there for this show that was word of mouth. He was such a special talent, and I'm so glad I got to grow up with him. Gone too soon.

Got some nostalgia going on here. Dad fixed up a 1937 Chevy in the early 80s and put an 8 track in it. Aja was in heavy rotation in that car. Here for it, remembering good times going to "rod runs" with my dad.

Really love this album, but not the gimme the car song. That one is icky and always was. Violent Femmes we're our hometown band when the world felt a little more small and seeing Milwaukee on the alt scene felt like it was so special. Miss those days a lot!
