Lead has a appealing voice, music goes on where it shouldn't. Lyrics are a little too high school love lost for me. Its good as an example of this type of music but not my thing.

Should have paid closer attention to the lyrics, a few bits I liked. You can definitely feel the melancholy, but just never grabbed me in a way that makes it great.

Good composition, you can feel the emotion, but I said I like abstract lyrics, and he’s always telling literal stories.

Every track from the start until Californication is a banger single. Flea is a great bassist. End of the album is lack luster.

Not as good as I thought it would be, some of the repetitive parts were too long and didn't build towards a crescendo in the way I think they thought it did.

Not their best but the rhyme's were good.
