Favorite: Lost in Music, you’re a friend to me Least:Easier to Love I liked it but would have liked more shape or change within songs or maybe they just stay slightly too long. Also in school kids would sing we are family even though you’re fatter than me 3.5

Fav: Picture This L: hanging on the telephone 4 Most of the tracks were really good and the different music styles incorporated into several songs was clear but kept in with the overall sound of the band. Most everything feels very clean and the way Debbie’s vocals glide over top everything is good. Unfortunately there’s like three songs that I would probably skip if listening to again.

Fav: Bell Bottom Blues, Layla L: Why Does Love Got to be so Sad 4 I liked most of it and loved some of it. Have you ever loved a woman is really funny considering how Eric Clapton’s life turned out.

Fav: Ole Man Trouble,You Don’t Miss Your Water L: Wonderful World Having the opening and closing tracks be quite good might have raised my score higher than if they were in a different order. 4

I use to listen to this all the time as a kid and Run of the Mill used to be favorite song as like a 12 year old. That being said the original release fizzles out and the cd release order of everything is out of line. Cut down to a normal single album there’s a 5/5 or close to it. 4.5

Fav: One Rainy Wish L: You Got Me Floatin’ 4 I’ve been giving a lot of stuff a 4, but I guess the list has some good music on it, who would have guessed

Fav: to the Break of Dawn L: Jingling Baby 2 Having the lines I’m in the mood for a tuna melt and I swore I’d never rape you right next to each other is wild. This guy was really hungry. Shame cheesy rat blues wasn’t better. Cereal song is almost a weird al parody

Fav: Street Fighting Man L: Dear Doctor 2 Well, it was mostly boring. At times pleasantly boring but mostly slightly agitating. I was kind of digging Stray Cat Blues until the lyrics popped in. I certainly don’t know why Sympathy for the Devil is so popular

Fav: Wake up Alone L: Just Friends 2 I don’t know, it wasn’t terrible but I don’t think I would ever seek out any of the songs again and some of them I would maybe switch to a different channel if they were on the radio.

Fav: Text Me Back, Detox L: Numbers 1.5 Sounds like what a British Jaxon would listen to. Some songs were really repetitive but I either warmed up to it or it got better by the end. Maybe I’ll have to listen to it backwards to find out

Fav: Sorted for E’s and Wizz L: Common People 2 Wanker core. For like half the songs the direction to the instruments seems to have been “play the same chord every beat”. At like 2:28 in Monday Morning he does a Mr Bean noise a few times.

Fav: Samba Pa Ti L: Maybe Se a Cabo 4.5 What a great album, very expressive as well as impressive. I had quite a few moments where I was completely absorbed in the music. I will definitely be listening to this one a lot. I’m giving it a 4.5 but it might be a 5 so I’m rounding up

Fav: Dirty Trip, Highschool Lover L: Suicide Underground 3 It was atmospheric I guess. I bet it worked well in the movie which I should probably see. I could see listening to one of the tracks randomly or putting this on while trying to study or something, but it’s not very interesting to actively listen to as a whole album by itself for me.

Fav: Wanted Dead or Alive (it’s funny guys I promise) L: Social Disease 2 I don’t really hate the Jovi but I haven’t been subjected to him for very long Iuntil now. Wasn’t as bad as I feared but I don’t want to listen to any of it again

Fav: Two Years Two Days, Think L: Telecosmic Alchemy, Sixteen 2.5 Listening to this felt like eating a bunch of different jelly bellies. Some were pretty good, some were a funny novelty and some were awful.

Fav: the popular ones L: Electric Funeral 4 Yep, pretty good. I’m tired of rating everything a 2 or a 4 though

3 I bet this was fun listening to live. It was cool but nothing really grabbed me.

Fav: Kaleidoscope, Paralysed L: Decay 3.5 I am a shoegaze enjoyer. This album felt a little unpolished though in a not good way. I thought the singing was passable but a weak spot. Still it was an enjoyable listen and I might listen to some of the songs again

Fav: Sweet Life, Lost L: Super Rich Kids 2 To start, orange is my least favorite color. Most of the songs needed something more in my opinion. The lyrics got kind of annoying repetitive in parts. I wouldn’t be bothered if somebody put this on, but I don’t think I would ever listen to this again.

Fav: Aphrodisiac Jacket L: King Contrary Man, Outlaw 2 Not very interesting and annoying at times. Maybe it’s a good showcase for generic hard rock, great value hard rock perhaps.

Fav: Faron Young L: Desire As 2.5 I’m turkey hungry, I’m chicken free. The first song got me hopeful for the album, but that didn’t last long. Overall fairly forgettable, but I don’t hate it.

Fav: Oceans, Garden L: Porch 3.5 I don’t know how to feel about Pearl Jam. Listening to it I can’t stop singing along in a mocking style. It’s kind of good though and they definitely have their own sound. I’m glad it exists but I completely understand people who don’t like it especially if they had to hear it all the time.

Fav: Triangle Walks, Now’s the Only Time I Know L: Dry and Dusty 3 Who is the Alpha? For some reason YouTube listed like every song as explicit. Maybe that’s because it was all a little quirk Chungus.

Fav: Hokoyo L: I Can’t Help Myself 1 The whole album kept hitting an exposed nerve or something. I think it’s probably all in the execution though. The vocals in this are killing me and everything wasn’t put together quite right. It has cool musical ideas but they’re just put together or assembled incorrectly. If this got played regularly in public Orange Juice might make my list of enemies. I feel ukind of bad about this low of a score but I got to be honest. In places it does almost wrap around to being so bad it’s good but it’s not quite there for me.

Fav: He Doesn’t Know Why L: White Winter Hymnal 3 Squirreljak opening! “I was following the” repeated haunts me to this day. It strikes fear into my heart. Uh, I listened to it thrice to try and figure out how I felt about it. I’m still confused. One moment I feel it’s painting a lovely painting and the next I feel like it’s going in circles in a dull way

Fav: The Queen of Eyes L: I Wanna Destroy You 2.5 To start, I only listened to the 40 min original version. The album mostly just reminded me of music I like better that came out before this. It feels unpolished and like it was dated when it came out. That being said the songs do feel distinct from each other and have their own things going on which is nice. I think some talented and creative people could make some great covers of some of these songs but the sound here just doesn’t work for me.

Fav: Corcovado L: honestly might be The Gorl from Ipanema 3 But she doesn’t see. She just doesn’t see. No she doesn’t see. But she doesn’t see. I don’t see what the big deal is. I listened to it intently and then while I was doing chores. It was kind of boring listening to it intently but decent at being background music. Maybe there’s something deeper there but I’m not seeing it. Also Portuguese kind of melts my brain when I hear it, not a problem of the language just a problem with my brain hearing like Slavic Spanish but I guess that’s sort of what Romanian is.

Fav: Early Morning Breeze, My Blue Tears L: The Way I See You 3.5 Here I am but replace every time she says here I am with the “here I am” from Rock You Like A Hurricane. First two songs start out with cool lyrics but kind of boring music the middle songs are good but then The Way I See You and the last song are maybe the worst on the album. Overall pretty good.

Fav: Lust to Love L: Automatic 3 How much more (of this list) can I take before I go crazy? At the end of Skidmarks On My Heart they sing "I'm driving in risk" but I kept hearing "I'm dominant race" and I was like what am I listening to. Anyway, this album frustrated me. Almost every song needed something more, more shape, more speed and energy or more emotion. Like if these songs were like 20% more interesting in some way or another this would be an amazing album. It's still good though. Album cover: 4 I think its color palette and take on the basic these are the band members is good. Album title: 1.5 A cappella group name type of title in a bad way. They do have We Got The Beat as a song in there though so not quite a complete throwaway album title.

Fav: No Xmas for John Quays, Underground Medecin L: Rebellious Jukebox 3.5 I’m having trouble rating this one. It has good comedic value but not as much as other albums and it veers from being funny into annoying a bit too often. I didn’t smile quite a bit while listening to it which counts for something. I probably will end up listening to a song or two from this now and again. The more I think about it maybe the more I like it. I guess it does a good job at being music for a particular mood. Album Cover: 2 It's not put together right or something, especially the words on it. Album name: 2.5 Could be an interesting title but I don't know that it fits how I feel about the album.

Fav: Round and Round L: Run 2.5 Kind of boring and repetitive at times. I think there's a low point right in the middle with Guilty Partner and Run. I don't have much to say about this one. Album Cover: 3 Kind of cool and fits the album vibes well enough. Album Name: 1 The more I think about it the less I like the title. If you're going to name your album something like that I'd expect to see some really cool technique or something else to live up to the title but this doesn't.

Fav: same as everyone else’s Blueberry Hill L: Blue Monday 1 With respect to Fats and his contribution to the music world, I did not enjoy this one. It’s a cool piece of history but the recording hit a similar nerve as the Orange Juice one. The rhythm piano was especially grating to me and it was in like every song. I think part of my problem with it is just the limitations of the recording in that era. Album Cover: 2 I guess this was before they really tried but Fats has a great smile so that boosts it up. Album Title: 1.5 I guess this was also before they thought about naming albums

Fav: Infinity L: Basic Space 2.5 This is the kind of music they have in a movie theater when you show up before the have the ads/previews playing. Maybe the whole spartan sound playing in an empty hall thing was cool at the time, and it is a little cool, but I don't know that there's enough emotion in the music for me to latch on to. Also they sound so disinterested in what they're singing in a bad way. Also is Infinity a weird cover of Wicked Game? Album Cover: 3.5 The cover is a good representation of the sound and mood I think the album is going for, maybe not super interesting though. Album Name: 1.5 All I can think of is this must be Elon Musk's favorite album and band but it does kind of work with the cover.

Fav: Wildflowers L: Telling Me Lies, I've Had Enough 2.5 Kind of a sleepy album. The hobo song was made me smile but I'm not sure they have an h-word card. The less country the songs were the less interesting they got. Album Cover: 2 What were they trying to achieve with the slanted picture in the weird colored border? I don't know that it would be great if it was just the picture but I think it would be better. Album Name: 2.5 Sure I guess, the album doesn't really feel like they really found a way trio together in a meaningful way.

Fav: Hard Headed Woman, Into White L: Longer Boats, On The Road to Find Out 4 Hey Wesley, where do the children play? I listened to this like 3 times and my mood on it changes a bit each time. The first half is definitely stronger I think and falls apart a bit at Longer Boats regaining some steam at the very end. Cover: 1.5 What’s with the blue border? I don’t like it very much. Name: 4 Chicken soup for the soul type of title but I still like it.

Fav: Road, Things Behind the Sun L: Free Ride 4 I’m going to have to listen to this one more. Jack Johnson must have listened to this guy. Cover: 3 Name: 3.5

Fav: Closer L: I Want You 2 I don't like this fella's voice. When I went to look at the lyrics for 17 because I was like, "what did he just say?" the music stopped and youtube said you cant listen while reading the lyrics for music for kids. I don't know if it glitched out or what but that was a comedic song to do that on. Overall mostly just a bit bland but I think with a different singer I'd probably like it more. Cover: 3.5 Intriguing and I think matches the tone the album was going for. Name: 4.5 Solid name, glad it isn't one of the song titles. Fits the album decent.

Fav: Willy the Wandering ***** and Me, We Had it All L: Low Down Freedom 3.5 Who else up honkin they tonks? Overall it was a pleasant listen to, but nothing remarkable. Cover: 2 the font for the title was a strange choice. Name: 1* having just a list of tracks on the front like that maybe wraps around to being deep but I’m not sold on it yet. Minecraft parody: Ain’t no Notch at Microsoft

Fav: Top Jimmy L: kind of all of them 1 Man, people really thought this was peak sound back in the 80’s. Jump has been wheeled out for so many advertisements since then. I don’t care for pretty much any part of this, for me the most interesting songs musically have the worst lyrics. If you like the sound then I guess there’s something here for you but to me this is just obnoxious. Actually the way I disliked the Fats Domino album is sort of how I feel about this one strangely enough, they’re both weird time capsules to times and places I feel no affinity or interest toward. Cover: 3 there’s something to think about here. Name: 3 if this didn’t come out in 1984 it would be way worse. Minecraft Parody: Enderman (Panama)

Fav: Mad Cat, Hi-Potent, Ballet Dance L: Digital, Heroes 3 Fluctuates between genius and brainlessness like a YouTube poop. I think there's a 5/5 album in here but it's buried in so much useless repetitive stuff. Nearly ever song overstays its welcome by like 50-66% and then the album is like 33-50% too long and that's the original track listing. It's kind of a shame to see the obvious potential of this lost in the lack of restraint where every piece and the whole builds something great and then makes you feel stupid for liking it because they just kept repeating the same objects. Fav: Moons and Horror Shows L: You Will You Won’t 1.5 Very bland, this is one that I really don’t know why it’s on the list. It wasn’t annoying but I listened to this with nothing else going on and it was difficult to focus on it just because of how uninteresting it was. No disrespect but this feels like something lumps would listen to. To keep from zoning out on this one I was thinking Minecraft parodies and every song would translate really easily into one. Cover: 2 kind of immediately signaled I probably wouldn’t like this one Name: 1.5 they went way too far with the Zuton stuff without going far enough would be higher if they didn’t have a Zuton song or if every song talked about Zutons Minecraft Parody: Pressure Plate (Pressure Point)

Fav: Chain Gang L: Having a Party 3.5 This one was a good listen to especially for a live album Cover: 2 they didn’t really try but maybe it does capture the album Name: 2 that’s what it is

Fav: Care of Cell 44, Hung Up on a Dream L: Changes 3 Sounds like a lot of stuff I like, but it lacks something g that makes it special to me. To be fair I’m not sure how focused I was while listening and I should give it another listen. Cover: 3.5 groovy Name: 3 sounds cool

Fav: It’s all so good I can’t choose L: 5 Last one to rate to the album thinks Genesis was better without Peter Gabriel. I got this cd a couple years ago and I think I enjoy it more every time I listen to it. The second side really slows down and probably loses a lot of people but I enjoy the whole thing with all the goofy stuff and everything. Wesley would live in the colony of slippermen. Cover: 4.5 awesome but I don’t really like the genesis logo Name: 4 very good

Fav: All By Myself L: Sassafras Roots, Chump 1 I kind of want to really hate and dismiss Green Day but part of me holds me back. I think maybe the part of me that likes Green Day is the part of me I hate the most. So listening to Green Day is sort of a guilty pleasure for me in which I derive so little pleasure for the amount of disgust I feel. Maybe it’s similar to eating something like a starburst or some Hershey’s chocolate and I think that’s even worse than something I just outright hate because then I would always avoid it instead of accepting it when it’s offered and feeling confused in addition to repulsed. Cover: 5 kind of the perfect cover for the album Name: 1 so much I could write about them choosing that for their title but it’s all too obvious Minecraft Parody: Welcome to Creative (Welcome to Paradise)

Fav:All I Really Need is You L: Get it On 3 If this was made today I would go woah that’s like a weird amalgamation of 60’s bands and sounds but with original songs what a funny idea. It being made when it was made just feels like an inferior version of a bunch of stuff made at the same time as it. Dated in a neutral way I guess. Cover: 2.5 vampire cover? Name: 2.5 kind of funny but maybe lazy Minecraft Parody: I’m Not Your Cobblestone

Fav: Proud Mary, Keep on Chooglin’ L: Good Golly Miss Molly 3 Proud Mary really has the same amount of listens as Keep on Chooglin’ on YouTube music? Maybe there’s a single release or something for it. I like CCR but I don’t know that I’m ever in the mood to put them on and this album doesn’t have enough going on throughout it for me to listen to it whole again. Cover: 4 actually awesome band pic cover Name: 3 why do they do a whole Deep South routine again? They’re from California right? Fav: Rikki L: Sunworshipper 1.5 I really want to meet the person who listens to this regularly but only be around them for like 5 minutes. Just doesn’t feel like much effort, thought or passion went into this one. Fav: Blood on the Leaves maybe? L: I Am A God 2 I guess it’s funny that a lot of the people I know who used to listen to this and say it was deep and stuff are now obliged to hate it. Fav: Live Forever L: Slide Away 2.5 For the most part just felt like a bunch of noise. Maybe it’s because I listened to it on a plane but everything blended together in a monotonous way. Cover: 3.5 Name: 3 Minecraft Parody: Mining with Herobrine (Married with Children)

Fav: We Have All the Time in the World L: Bear Hug 3 Fun, had a light mix of a bunch of different moods with some decent sound. Another Russian literature shoutout. Cover: 3 not sure I like the font and color of the title Name: 3 Minecraft Parody: Drink Em’ would be about potions

Fav: All the abbey road medley and Oh Darling L: Sorry Ringo... 5 I think Come Together might be the most overplayed Beatles song, I still like it though. Almost every song is great, but I think Maxwell and Octopus Garden are not up to par with the rest of the album. Yeah it's amazing how different it is song to song but how themes recur and things fit together. The End not being the last song is something I'm very divided on and Her Majesty is such an odd way to end everything but has some charm. Fav: Theme L: The rest of them 0.5 What if you put reddit comments to music with the utmost sincerity. Unfortunately behind the public image is some lazy, soulless poetry. Listening to this album feels like trying to get a teenager to get up at 1 P.M. while you're late to take them to one of their activities. It's more than just annoying it feels pathetic and you feel pathetic being upset at the situation. Fav: The two big hits L: It's Alright For You 3 I used to listen to The Police a bit and it kind of wore off me. They've got some good songs, but overall just alright. Cover: 2.5 Name: 1 I guess if playing off beats makes something Reggae then this is Reggae? It's a descriptive title where the description doesn't seem accurate, also for some reason in French. Fav: The Hives Are Law, You Are Crime L: Supply and Demand 1.5 I thought best of albums weren't supposed to be on here. The whole thing felt monotone despite that though. Listening to a song or two was alright, but it got old fast. Cover: 2.5 Name: 1.5 Very risky title and does not pay off here Minecraft Parody: A.K.A S-T-E-V-E

Fav: Hoover Dam, Man on the Moon, If I Can't Change Your Mind L: Slim, Fortune Teller, Changes 2.5 It's formulaic and repetitive but I kind of enjoyed some of it. Also it's really funny listening to some of these albums on Youtube because basically every single one has people that are like, "Heat from front to back on this one" or "I've been listening to this for 40 years, never gets old". I guess I'm glad that there's something for everyone. Cover: 2.5 Could benefit from a different font but the image is cool. Name: 2.5 At least none of the songs are named Sugar. Fav: Orange Skies, Seven and Seven Is L: She Comes in Colors 3.5 Well, I think I want to like it more than I actually do. I think I would put it on every now and again if I had it on cd back in the day. Nothing amazing but maybe I just like the genre. Fav: Rockin’ Chair, King Harvest L: Rag Mama Rag 3.5 I feel in time there’s a good chance I’ll come to like this one a lot more. I felt like there was a good variety of songs in here and while not all of them grooved with me enough of them did and the others didn’t get in the way enough to detract from the good. Cover: 2 not very creative Name: 3 no title albums are kind of cool because you essentially allow the community to name them which I think is cool. However it also can make searching and cataloging difficult. I’m not sure this is what happened here but I think this is one that maybe a good title would give a good banner for the music to fly under. Minecraft Parody: The Night My Dog Fell in Lava

Fav: Recoil L: Parade 3 Cool stuff but I never got used to the vocals unfortunately. Cover: 3.5 Name: 3 Minecraft Parody: Elder Guardian in the Sea (The Great Beautician in the Sky)

Fav: If You Don't Want Me To Destroy You L: Frisbee 3 It was too fuzzy for me. I went back and forth the whole album on whether I liked it or not. The sound overall just felt too muddled for me to really enjoy it. Cover: 3 Name: 4 Minecraft Parody: If You Don't Want Me to /ban You

Fav: In The Light, Ten Years Gone L: Sick Again 4.5 The run of songs from The Rover to The Wanton Song is superb. As an album listener this makes it easy to just start on song 2 and jump off at the opening of the last 3. Even with those songs it's a great album and those songs aren't awful. Cover: 4 iconic but I don't care for how the title is incorporated Name: 4 Minecraft Parody: Nether (Kashmir) would be a really easy one to do, Pumpkin Pie (Custard Pie), Block Range of The Beacon (Houses of the Holy)

Fav: That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore L: Barbarism Begins At Home 4 Having (that's) What She Said followed by That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore in the track list is awesome. The only song that really stuck with me was That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore but I liked everything. I guess people really don't like the Meat is Murder song for various reasons. I thought it was pretty good but it did make me hungry so I'm not sure it had its desired effect. Cover: 3.5 Really makes you think about the duality of man. Name: 3 Taking off a point for having a song titled likewise. Minecraft Parody: Raiding Pillagers (Rusholme Ruffians), Sleep Is Murder (Would be about trying to put a bed in the nether)

Fav: Western Sky L: Jenny, Bad Liquor 3 It took me a second to get used to the singing, but besides that I think the songs were pretty solid. On the Youtube video I watched with the whole album it freaks out at 26:14. Cover: 3 Name: 2 Can't stop thinking about RHCP with a title like that Minecraft Parody: Green Tater (Bad Liquor)

Fav: Ambulance Blues, Revolution Blues L: Maybe Motion Pictures Just barely a 4 I think You're all just pissing in the wind... I've listened to some Neil Young before, maybe never a whole album though. I think I'll have to listen to this more and we'll see if I like it as much as some of his other stuff. Also, 3/8 songs are titled ___ blues. Maybe he should have just named everything song like that. Fav: Monday, Set The House Ablaze L: That's Entertainment, Dream Time 3 "Start!" really sounds like "Taxman". There were splashes of talent and inspiration, but there weren't many. Fav: People's Parties, Down To You L: Twisted maybe? 4 Get it twisted, we got a car song and a train song on this one. I had to listen to this album three times to figure out my feelings. I liked it, it made me feel like I was taking a stroll just thinking to myself. It fades into the background really easy, but it also can be something to really focus on because of the lyrics and fluid music. Fav: Most of them L: The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill, Why Don't We Do It In The Road, Revolution 1, 5 What a legend of an album. It's got such a variety in it and while only like 2 or 3 make it into what I think are the most popular Beatles songs I find almost all of them to be pretty great. Long, long, long is one of my favorite songs (although you have to turn the volume up for it) and Cry Baby Cry is another one of my favorite Beatles songs. Happiness is a Warm Gun, Mother Nature's Son, I'm So Tired are amazing but I think to most are just kind of there on the album. Revolution 9 and Wild Honey Pie are out there. This would maybe be the Beatles album I would take on a desert island. On Youtube music Savoy Truffle has the fewest listens, that should not be the case. Fav: Stone on The Water, Another Pearl, Disillusion L: The Shining, Say it Again 3 Overall I thought the sound was nice, but it was just too simple in a boring way. Especially in the sung melodies the melodies were repetitive and plain. If the melodies were more complex or sung more expressively or had more going on behind them I think this would be a very good album. Also the day I listened to this I was out camping and ended up experiencing pissing in the wind firsthand so it was pretty funny having it come on while I drove home. Fav: Edith and the Kingpin, Harry's House/Centerpiece L: Shadows and Light 4 It's interesting we got Court and Spark only a few ago. I think I prefer that album; it's a bit more consistent for me. After listening to Court and Spark, most of the changes I thought it could use showed up in this one and I guess I was wrong in my diagnosis. Fav: Shine a Light L: I Want You, Take Your Time 2.5 Overall just kind of dull and annoyingly repetitive at times. I think the band was just too in love with their own sound or something. Maybe if I found it more engaging I could get on board, but it just wasn't there. Cover: 5 In the way it represents the music this is perfect down to the lack of sophistication and depth. Fav: Emily, Only Skin, Cosmia L: Sawdust and Diamonds 5 Now this is music. First listen I enjoyed it a decent amount but I didn't appreciate Joanna's voice which to be fair sounds sort of like the nerd kid on The Simpsons. Second listen it really came together. This sort of scratches the same itch I get for contemporary opera. Really amazing, this is what makes this quest worth it. Before I went to bed I checked the next album coming up, I had a dream that the first song on the album was really good. Unfortunately White Dress was just alright and mentioned Kings of Leon and Florida. I had the playlist on my second monitor and when the music video for Let Me Love You Like A Woman was on I looked over and was like "woah, there's Joan Baez".
