Probably his most popular album...but I don‘t like it too much. Highly controversial person...somehow I feel a lot of ambivalence when listening to this.

Revolutionary album. A bit crazy...you can tell that the band was experimenting with many different styles. Defenitely influenced by psychedelics. Love this crossover of folk, pop, rock and more.

Sooooo 80s. Some very famous songs...but it‘s just not my thing.

Another iconic album with very controversial lyrics for that period of time. I imagine how shocked my grandparents must have been when listening to this kind of music and how revolutionary it must have been. Aaaand yes, there were drugs involved...for sure.

Good old punk. Some heavy lyrics...breaking some taboos. Their messages still apply to our society today.

Oh well ABBA...reminds me of some good parties and other good memories. But I wouldn‘t listen to this on my own.

Feminist Punk...I really appreciate the message and movement. Too bad I did not grow up with this movement...women are still underrepresented in this scene. Despite their strong message, their style is not very mature yet in this album. And I don‘t particularly like Brownstein‘s voice (too much vibrato).

I really love Tracy Chapman. Her voice is very distinctive. And her lyrics are very powerful...behind the wall makes my cry every tyme.

I like some of her songs. But her voice sometimes gets a bit annoying. Maybe the recordings of that time do her voice not justice ;).

I really like Alsnis Morissette and this is definitely one of her greatest albums. Although she sings off key sometimes I still really love her energy and her lyrics.

I would love listening to Ravi Shankar on a trip...I guess that‘s how his music got popular in the west in the first place. I enjoy listening to his music while working.
