This album shows Joni at the peak of her creativity and is especially through the collaboration with Jaco Pastorius simply unique.

The brilliant musicians who accompany Joni here make the album a timeless gem.

Very harmonizing band with a virtuoso Miles. However, many pieces are too traditional to be really "cool". Some pearls like "Moon Dreams" and "Godchild" make the album stand out, though. It's just a pity that the recording technology wasn't better back then.
