Morrison Hotel by The Doors
Nov 28 2022

L.A. Woman is better, but now Waiting For the Sun is one of my favorites. The rest of the album is good, but nothing really captures me.

Green Onions by Booker T. & The MG's
Dec 01 2022

I'm not a very large fan of jamming albums. It's interesting hearing the musicianship, but I prefer more structure.

Songs Of Leonard Cohen by Leonard Cohen
Dec 04 2022

A lot better than I expected, I’m not normally a fan of just a guy and his guitar, but this was really cool.

Liquid Swords by GZA
Dec 06 2022

I enjoyed a little more than I expected, but I'm still not blown away.

Close To You by Carpenters
Dec 09 2022

I thought the carpenters were just this lame band that exclusively played slow, boring love songs, and that Karen wasn’t that good of a singer. I was very wrong

Smile by Brian Wilson
Dec 11 2022

It's not better than Pet Sounds, but it's just as special

Tonight's The Night by Neil Young
Dec 12 2022

I knew I had to listen to him eventually, but after hearing this I wish I did sooner

Imagine by John Lennon
Dec 16 2022
A Hard Day's Night by Beatles
Dec 19 2022

Didn't like it that much on the first listen, now I love it.

Dec 20 2022

Didn't like it that much on the first listen, now I love it.

Brothers by The Black Keys
Dec 24 2022
Histoire De Melody Nelson by Serge Gainsbourg
Dec 25 2022

Could they stop being French for FIVE MINUTES and make good music?

Hejira by Joni Mitchell
Dec 29 2022

I literally never listen to this kind of stuff, but this went really hard.

Ghosteen by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Jan 01 2023
Illinois by Sufjan Stevens
Jan 05 2023
Fragile by Yes
Jan 09 2023

Honestly more interesting than I expected it to be. I thought it was just going to be a technical show-off, but it was actually good.

Dust by Screaming Trees
Jan 10 2023
Blur by Blur
Jan 12 2023

I don't like these guys because the drummer was rude to Nardwuar once.

Harvest by Neil Young
Jan 14 2023
Vivid by Living Colour
Jan 15 2023
evermore by Taylor Swift
Jan 20 2023

She seems like she's able to do better, but she doesn't, instead she goes for a bland, commercial sound.

Jan 21 2023

I thought I would get really bored of the repetition, but it stayed fresh the entire way through, never got stale.

It's Blitz! by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Jan 22 2023

I though I was going to be really bored after the first couple of songs, but the last half was surprisingly good and brought me back around. I accidentally listened to the deluxe version and when the acoustic versions started playing I thought the album was taking a massive turn, but instead they're my preferred versions of some of the less good songs on it. It makes the album better for me, so that raises it up enough for the next star rating. Wasn't expecting what I got from the music of the album and the enjoyment from me, so I think I owe it at least a 4.

Scream, Dracula, Scream by Rocket From The Crypt
Jan 25 2023

The first couple of tracks were fantastic, but it starts sagging after that. There’s some good moments in the later half, but most of the time it’s just generic punk.

En-Tact by The Shamen
Jan 27 2023
Heartattack And Vine by Tom Waits
Jan 28 2023

His singing voice grew on me as I listened, but it still makes me a little uncomfortable.

The Message by Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five

Dec 28 2024

Greats standouts, does fall to some 60s cliches often enough to get boring

Stephen Stills by Stephen Stills
Dec 29 2024

Damn ok soulful white boy

The Real Thing by Faith No More
Jan 08 2025

I’m not a metal guy, but I still enjoyed this. Should revisit later. Though, covering War Pigs is pretty dumb, it’s already perfect
