1001 Albums Summary

L.A. Woman is better, but now Waiting For the Sun is one of my favorites. The rest of the album is good, but nothing really captures me.

I'm not a very large fan of jamming albums. It's interesting hearing the musicianship, but I prefer more structure.

Not a genre I'm used to, but I still think it's very good. Strong 6 light 7

A lot better than I expected, I’m not normally a fan of just a guy and his guitar, but this was really cool.

The voices in My Name Is are annoying

Honestly more interesting than I expected it to be. I thought it was just going to be a technical show-off, but it was actually good.

I don't like these guys because the drummer was rude to Nardwuar once.

She seems like she's able to do better, but she doesn't, instead she goes for a bland, commercial sound.

I thought I would get really bored of the repetition, but it stayed fresh the entire way through, never got stale.

I though I was going to be really bored after the first couple of songs, but the last half was surprisingly good and brought me back around. I accidentally listened to the deluxe version and when the acoustic versions started playing I thought the album was taking a massive turn, but instead they're my preferred versions of some of the less good songs on it. It makes the album better for me, so that raises it up enough for the next star rating. Wasn't expecting what I got from the music of the album and the enjoyment from me, so I think I owe it at least a 4.

The first couple of tracks were fantastic, but it starts sagging after that. There’s some good moments in the later half, but most of the time it’s just generic punk.

His singing voice grew on me as I listened, but it still makes me a little uncomfortable.

I’m not a metal guy, but I still enjoyed this. Should revisit later. Though, covering War Pigs is pretty dumb, it’s already perfect
