No denying the hits, but unless you are a fan of the style, the rest of the tracks are just filler. This would have been better as a single album

any album that delivers one of the greatest songs, as well as other gems of the intersection of folk, pop and soft rock deserves all the stars it can get. a talented singer/songwriter

If Pete ubu was an artist, this album would be abstract, with attempts at bits of realism so you might want to listen. Two stars for trying

He can rhyme, and create an interesting soundscape. But I don't want to hear songs with caricatures of the worst tropes of segments of society. If this were a movie, I would not want to see it, even if critics rave about it

Great to listen to musicians being musicians, not rock stars. This sounds nothing like any individual musician soulded like or played like, very refreshing. Hard to rate this without many listens, but it is at least a 3 leaning upwards,
