Kind of a chill vibe, didn’t hate it

Old school one of my OG rap tapes 3.5 stars maybe closer to 4 for its impact, significance, and of course, the crossover with Aerosmith on walk this way

Cool, vibe, the song the light sounds really familiar, Erykah Badu has a version, but it gave me general vibes. New school hip-hop.

5 stars, pure gas, top to bottom, just like every Led Zeppelin album

Full disclosure I did not listen to the entire album. Also full disclosure, I recognize that Leonard Cohen is talented and I appreciate that his style is “different” than much of the mainstream music available today. That said, my God, what frame of mine do you have to be to appreciate an album like this? I’m picturing someone sitting upright at a table in an uncomfortable chair with one bright white light hanging above, the rest of the room dark, wearing a black leather jacket, staring at an ashtray full of smoked cigs, a gun, and a shot of whiskey.

3.5 absolutely banging album, would go 4 stars but I have a bias against new school rap 🤣

The vibe is dance pop synth 80s, not the worst album I’ve ever heard, but I won’t listen to it again unless I have to

When Save the Child of my Life started I thought it was a different Band, strange sound for Simon & Garfunkel A few of my favorite Simon & Garfunkel songs are on this album… America Old Friends Loved Punky’s Dillema, funny song

She gives me female John Prine vibes, really good singer songwriter, I go 4.5 in this one

Nick Cage is Temu Leonard Cohen

RUN DMC were pioneers. That’s why it gets 4 stars

I love the Temptations but this album didn’t do it for me

Really good album as always from Neil Young, not as good as some of the others , and difficult to listen BC it’s only on Spotify, but I’m never gonna say anything bad about Neil Young album

3.5 Stars this album was an easy listen, pleasant, and I did not expect to hear a harmonica on a Scottish indie pop album

Good vibe - I imagine it’s the kind of music you’d listen to handcuffed to the bed by your ex bf while his best friend goes down on you

I got my country music roots working in a townie bar in Emmitsburg, MD for 2 years - I’m no expert, but I think I know the difference between roots country / good country & trash country. This feels like real country music. If A Thousand Miles from Nowhere were on this album I’d have a hard time not rating it higher

I’m listening to this album thinking how it’s cool and stripped down and chill, and so, curious, I search info about the band only to find out they are a PUNK ROCK Band!?! 🤯 If this is punk rock I guess I need to re-learn what punk rock is. V good listen 3.9 stars

The story behind this album re Woody Guthrie lyrics might be the coolest thing I’ve heard music wise in a long time. And I don’t hate Natalie Merchant’s contribution
