Not usually one for jazz, but this was pretty good. A mix of jamming and more Andalusian feeling music. By the last track I was a bit done but I could see the value

Country is not necessarily my thing. But I really enjoyed the slower, calmer country. I felt like I was sitting being serenaded by a campfire or slow mo montage on a horse back home to my family.

I can see why people like this. I however felt it was rambling and a bit much. It felt like I'd stumbled into a collection of drunks, drowning their sorrows in a bar. Not my vibe

Better in the last half, deserves 3.5

Jazz is not my vibe but I felt like a cool cat

Some great songs on here but other than the songs you definitely know, it doesn't feel anything exceptional

Weird, but enjoyable. Loved the strange radio song

I just don't think I enjoy Rod Stewart

Track 1: Phaedra wavers between Dune and I Who Have Never Known Men Track 2: Mysterious Semblance at the Strand of Nightmares is like I'm being pulled through a worm hole Track 3: Movements of a Visionary feels like I'm trapped in a computer doing a disk defragmentation Track 4: Sequence C feels more ecclesiastical like I'm in a space cathedral I can understand why people hate it. I don't hate it. But I'm not fussed if I never hear it again

Felt like it wanted to be Bruce Springsteen but less successful. Some big gits but lots of just okay

It's 70s and it just works, it felt cohesive and catchy and I'm annoyed I've only just discovered this

Some big hits and a very certain vibe - this isn't an album held up by the 2 songs we all know

It's camp. It's cheesy. It references Xanadu and the then Prince Charles. It contains Relax, Two Tribes and, in my opinion, the best Christmas song ever, The Power of Love

Who keeps allowing Tom Waits to make albums and who keeps allowing him on this list

Weird, but I felt like I enjoyed it. A bit existential. As if I was trapped overthinking my life on a train.

Really disjointed in it's approach and weirdly soulless? From some digging, the fact McLaren just tried to cash in on Afro-fusion and hip hop without living this may explain it.

I love Love Shack and Rock Lobster ... But this is not for me
