1001 Albums Summary

Not my favorite. Felt a bit chaotic. A few nice moments, but I kept waiting for it to be over

Loved this one. Great voice. Will revisit!

It was ok. I didn’t love it.

SO many great memories of listening to this with my dad, and I still enjoyed it today.

I liked it, but it got repetative. Quite a few songs to add to playlists, but I don't think i love the album as a straight through listen. I really liked the sound and songs though!

Did not like. Very heavy.

So surprised by this. Musically diverse but still metal.

Not my favorite Beatles, but I love it!

Sounded like the music at the coolest coffee shop you’ve ever been too. Atmospheric and lovely. Will listen to at work.

Did not like. Message in a Bottle is fine. The rest is not for me.

Love! Also, don't think it needed to be a double album, however that might be some of the bonus materials for the release I listened to. Great album though!

Not for me. Not the worst.

Sooo good. Loved this one.

I liked it. More like a 3.5.

Love

Really enjoyed- always loved the Weight. Solid 4.

Not horrible? Trying to decide if it's a 2 or 3. Don't think it's a full 3 but not a 2. Very of the time, didn't love it. Felt gimikey. Most likely will not listen again.

Loved the energy. So many songs I enjoyed. Perfect length!

After 1984 this felt meh.

Love Sam Cooke, not a huge live album fan

I like this more than I thought I would. Part familiarity, however it just really like the sound. I'm between a 3 and 4. I knew more songs than I thought I would...

I am not a Radiohead fan. Sorry.

It was ok. Got long for me.

Lovely, lush and seductive. Reminds me of rainy and too late nights. Love. 4 stars.

Great album!

Love CS&N thought album was a little long.

Not my favorite Bowie, but some good songs.

Was surprised how much I enjoyed the album!

Weird. But cool? Felt like a Wes Anderson movie or lobby of a tropical resort.

A lot of old favorites. Overall solid album.

One of my favorites.

I forgot how much I love this album. What a great reminder. I know it's not my favorite Beatles album, but it's a no skip one, so 5.

Like this one a lot, feels very autumnal.

Liked it more than I thought I would. Knew all the songs. It was short. Perfect reentry.

This is a lot. I like most of it, but some of it is descending into noise. Maybe that's the point.

Really liked this.

I think this is one of those albums where I've heard the songs I like, and the stuff I have not heard I didn't feel like I was missing anything. I do really like the 7 O'clock Night News/ Silent Night though.

Love them. Don't think I've ever heard a whole album. Amazing.

I liked 2 songs. 2 stars.

African, like the beats, can hear how it is important. Might be better for me in smaller doses. I really do like a lot of the rhythms.

There are thoughts and feelings. Especially in comparison to yesterdays album. I know there is stolen property here do I like some of the songs ? Yes. 3 stars. -1 for imperialism.

Liked it. Good background music.

I'm really not sure about this. I know it was all the rage when it came out, and I just feel really tired listening to it.

1. I should love this, but I loved a few songs. 2. There was something I found cringe, so while I wanted to rate it higher, 3 amazing songs plus cringe = 3.

I really liked this one. More than I expected. So 4 starts.

Love it. Got repetitive, and clearly from a different time, but I really enjoyed listening to it.

I didn't hate it, but I don't know if I'd listen to the whole album again.

I'm not loving this? Almost industrial sounding. I'm really not sure about this/ Right now a solid 2?
