1001 Albums Summary

4/5

Pretty good for an introduction to Zappa.

4/5

GOAT

Good album by a hip hop band I had never heard of.

Excellent album, wish I had it on vinyl.

Okay album. Might be worth a re-listen.

Good though I think I prefer Mala.

My first entry into PJ Harvey, good place to start.

Good album but I suspect they have better ones.

Classic rock album, wasn't expecting much but it's pretty cool.

GOAT album

Good soul album

Classic shoegaze.

Probably Kanye's best album

Classic Oasis, we had this on vinyl, borrowed

Very good album, a classic for sure, but I feel like it gets too repetitive afte ra while. Also, it's kinda long (20 tracks).

Exactly the kind of album you expect when someone says "hey you should listen to this brazilian music".

Meh. Surprisingly racist.

Top three Radiohead albums of all time.

Good Brazilian album, a bit less cliché than others I've heard during this run.

Solid album with almost no recognizable singles

I know Motörhead is cool, but their songs sound all the same to me.

Very good, classic U2

Pretty good Doors album, very bluesy.

Easy 10/10. My favorite Clash album, though "Sandinista!" is also great.

I respect Springsteen but it's not so much my cup of tea.

Textbook 70s soul album. I dunno why it just didn't gel with me.

Very solid Velvet Underground album.

Great album. On par with Purple Rain or maybe even better.

Good Bowie album, though it falls down in the second half, I believe.

Too fucking long, my God, this week was a drag listening to this album.

It's a three way tie for me for best Arcade Fire albums. Funeral + Neon Bible + this one.

Solid Zeppelin album.

Cozy little jazz album. Very nice.

I mean it's okay, a piano album I'll probably never return to.

Good Roxy Music but not my favorite, I think I prefer Avalon.

Pretty good, I wasn't expecting anything but came out pleased.

Classic 2000s indie album. Chef's kiss.

Pleasantly surpised, this one was actually pretty good.

Not bad tbh, some bangers in there.

Pretty average, not good not bad.

Good but too long, so much filler.

It's good but I guess Parachutes is better.

Classic. 'Nuff said.

Really cool concept album. Make me wanna go to a jazz lounge.

Probably not in my top 3 Radiohead but still pretty good.

Very nice little number, mostly harmless.

Very funky. Very nice.

Nice folk, chill acoustic.

Good album though not their best.

It's okay I guess.. probably not coming back to this one.

Standard 70s english punk album.

Pretty good hair metal. 7/10

Underrated Arcade Fire album.

Probably worth a re-listen somewhere down the line.

Okay, jazzy, but a bit too mellow at times and a bit too weird at times.

it's good but it feels too long at times

It would be awesome to have this on vinyl.

Great Steely Dan album.

Good intro to Grateful Dead, though some songs are ridiculously long.

Great R.E.M. album

Good though it gets tiring after a while.

It'd be great to have this one on vinyl.

Meh

Yeah good album

5/5. Classic of the 21st century.

Pretty good find, would love to have on vinyl.

Very nice album, really liked it.
