Pretty noisy and not as poppy as Nevermind, but still fantastic and gritty

Maybe a little too crazy for me - really cool stuff but just not enough to catch on for the ear for me

Pretty fire, captures british identity pretty well (in the white upper middle class perspective). Some bangers on here even if the beatles and beach boys influence is pretty heavy.

Really like this guy's voice, not sure how I hadn't heard of him. Going to be listening more. Operatic and theatre like. My songs in class were always described as operatic. This guy also sounds a lot like Thom Yorke

Def some standard 60's pop, but they've got the stones' edge even if behind bubblegum pop. A just fine start to a great career - even if they just wanted to be the beatles soo bad.

Good, but kinda some filler. A lot of it sounds the same and its really long. BUT the length paired with the sound makes it kinda a vibe. middle of the road for me

While I can appreciate sick riffage of most any kind, and I found this easier to listen to than I expected, this stuff just isn't for me yet. Too aggressive, and sounds like a guy with gauges and Osiris shoes outside a 711 smells.

Listened over two sittings, and actually really dug it more the second half. These songs are just *so* on the nose and trying to be *so* virtuous but also...sexy for some reason? idk, weird but fun

I think this listen really showed me that while not as dramatic as the white album, this is the BEST Beatles album. Simple as

Really love moonshake obv, and this is one of those bands I "know" is cool (LCD Soundsystem) but this work needs just one more tight track to bring it together for me. Still epic though

Pretty solid, great hits, second half drags a little - on the higher side of 3 but lower side of 4

Very bladerunner. Also very same-y. Lots of the songs had the same beat, key, and chord progression. I really like the quality of this synth stuff tho, its mysterious and exciting. Just too much on the album - literally is a song called "Random" that feels like when I would mess around in a logic session late at night.

V British, but in a kind of good way. Some cool tracks on here for sure. Need to learn more about who they are, I know they're really important to British music but why? Also the little story book stuff is funny and weird
