I feel like the music itself is good but I usually go for more like radio friendly/listenable music; not something I’d add to my playlist but solid
Damn the singer has a good voice
Good rock sound
Oh shit it’s good so far
Oh I recognize Kashmir
The music itself was good but idk that it's something I'd ever seek out to listen to again
Not sure what to expect but not bad so far
Sounds like it should be a Halloween soundtrack
Not bad but weird/not something I’d listen to on the daily
Interesting so far
Idk it was fine; kinda became a little repetitive
Holy shit not what I was expecting at all so far; very cool intro
Holy fuck this is in no skip album territory
I forgot how much I like latin music
Pretty good so far; sounds familiar cool piano intro very bluesy
Not bad; gives a bit of a Cage the Elephant vibe
Kinda just have it on in the background
I was a little shook that was not what I thought Billie Holliday was going to sound like; she sounded like a female Louis Armstrong
Very raspy
Excited for this one; grew up listening to Metallica & know Enter Sandman & Nothing Else Matters
Idk those 2 were great but other than that it’s good but kinda blends together
Might be a hot take but I think I prefer Nothing Else Matters w Miley Cyrus
It’s not good but it’s not as bad as I was expecting
Hmm not what I was expecting so far; very bluesy & not boring lol I see folk & think boring
I actually like it so far???
U know I think that’s the first time I’ve ever heard dynamics used in a song like that
Not awful but kinda sounds like a drunk Englishman who decided he was gonna sing/make an album
Or like a bar band
There is Power in a Union was good but other than that was not great; kinda a rough listen
Right off the bat they kinda sound like the Beatles, but like a little more mellow
Not my favorite thing ever so far but they have a good sound
I’m a little nervous about this one since I don’t love Radiohead but it seems to be a good/critically acclaimed album so I’ll give it a try
I think Karma Police is saving this album a little
Album went by pretty fast tho
Oh I’m excited for this one
I feel like Keep Gettin It On is better than Let’s Get It On
Solid album all around
I think I underestimated Janis Joplin bc her voice is insane
This is a solid album but holy fuck this is long
Strong start so far; might be better than the last Hole album on this list
I don’t love grunge/listen on the regular but I can appreciate it; good to have on in the background
Reminds me of Charlie’s
Courtney Love has a good voice
Kinda wish I could give it a 3.5
I’ve kinda been waiting for something to happen so far it kinda just sounds like sample tracks/backtracks
Second song is kind of interesting
You know I think I understand why this album is on the list i’ve never heard anything like this before
Almost sounds like a sad Johnny Cash
The first time I listened to this album I thought it was mid; besides the hits it didn't really do anything for me and I think that still stands. I also realized this time around towards the end of the album that besides Dreams & I Don't Want to Know I didn't hear much of Stevie Nicks, and maybe that's why this album doesn't do much for me. Fleetwood Mac is ok but I like Stevie Nicks
It's fine but it was just kind of noise
They sound like the Beatles, but not necessarily in a bad way; a decent listen
I’s like fine & has some hits/familiar tracks on it but I’m not blown away
I definitely think I like this better than Morrison Hotel so far
This might have to get a 5
Has a spooky vibe to it but in a good way
Not bad so far; Red Morning Light sounds vaguely familiar
I was scared by the 1 star reviews but it’s not bad so far
Sounds a little bit like U2
Idk he’s like singing off key but I think that might be the idea?
Yea idk not bad but also not my thing
The negative reviews are insane this is really good so far; almost like a mix between Johnny Cash & Glen Campbell
Merle Haggard has a good voice
A no skip album for me I'm gonna come back to this one
Not bad but also not really doing anything for me; kinda boring
George Harrison's solo career is definitely slept on & underrated; most definitely a 5 star album. I have a stronger appreciation for all the Beatles & their music now since my dad had a lifelong obsession w the Beatles & he died last year; I've listened to their music a lot more & its brought me comfort since they remind me of him
Not as good as I was hoping but not bad
I am generally a U2 fan so I’m hoping this is a good one
I feel like I’d give it a 4.25 if I could; it’s not quite a 5 but it has been an enjoyable listen
Hmm this sounds kinda cool so far; I haven’t really heard this kind of sound/beat before
I have no idea why this is on this list but it’s not bad
It’s not bad & pleasant enough to listen to at work but I could’ve lived a perfectly happy life without ever hearing this
Meh; kinda has like a whiny voice but the music isn’t bad
I can kind of appreciate it but I’m not a fan I don’t like his voice
Second half of the album is a little better
Probably like a 2.5
This album sounds pretty cool; it’s cohesive
Oh shit this is pretty good so far; good instrumentals
I usually don’t like jamming albums I get bored but this is pretty good
Idk that it’s quite in my no skip album territory but it’s close; might have to give it a 5 on principle
This is the first album of this project that I could not finish; got halfway through the second song & couldn't do it
Hmmm this is not what I thought this was gonna sound like but I’m not mad at it so far
Oh I’ve heard Ray of Light before
It’s not bad but it’s going on way too long; might have to stop listening before it goes down to a 2; 2.5 is probably my official rating
I kinda forgot I was listening to this
Not as good as Merle Haggard but not bad
Roundabout is decent, def an album good for having on in the background/focusing
Shining Star is a very good start
A head bobber for sure
Kinda fell off towards the end but it’s Earth Wind & Fire I have to give it a 5
Idk that it’s good but it’s not that bad
A classic & it’s a solid album but I think there are a couple Dolly Parton albums that I like more
A very nice gesture & I will be venturing more into her discography; I underestimated her songwriting but was always aware of her generosity & consideration for other people
May she rest in peace
I didn’t have high hopes for Britpop/rock but I like this so far; different than I was expecting in a good way
Almost get like a spooky vibe; groovy & funky
Maybe a 4.5; I liked it more than some of the things I’ve given a 4 but I don’t think it’s a 5
I honestly don’t even remember this I think it was fine
This is lowkey kinda good?
I don’t think I’ve ever listened to Elvis like this
I definitely didn’t expect this I might have to give it a 5
It’s fine but I definitely could’ve gone my whole life without listening to this
As of rn this is getting a 1 I don’t get it
I try to have an open mind besides screamo but this isn’t doing it for me at all it’s quite boring/repetitive but simultaneously giving me a headache
I find myself bobbing along but I don’t like it ; got a little better as it went on but still not great
I’m not the biggest Beyonce fan & prefer her older stuff so we’ll see
Not bad but it’s super long; I wouldn’t be rushing to listen to any of it again but it’s not bad
It’s not bad but it’s super long
Nice & mellow; good for focusing
Solid but not entirely blowing me away/don’t think I’d be rushing back to it but it’s an enjoyable listen
Yea no way i’m getting through this whole album
Vocals are not great to start
This isn’t bad but also isn’t good; songs are short & album is moving fast tho
I actually really liked this
So far this is exactly what I need to hear rn
Definitely the better Bob Dylan album I’ve listened to
