Ray Of Light
MadonnaI never knew Madonna was that experimental with the sound in her albums. This one really surprised me, on how much variety it has. You got Trip-Hop, Trance, some hints of techno and much more. I really enjoyed it.

First album i couldn't finish. I like some Jazz genres, but this is just way to much chaos for me. Really tried to get into this one as well, but all off it just sounds like random noise to me. For now it's a 1/5, maybe someday i'll change my mind.
Enjoyed it quiet a lot. Very interesting snappy beats on this one. There wasn't really any song that I didn't enjoy. Maybe the skit/intermissions could've been left out. Thankfully there are just 3 of them and they're not that annoying to pull me out of the experience.
Really solid album. It starts of strong right from the get go. A ton of catchy tracks on here as well, especially Heart of Glass. It does have a few songs, that didn't catch my attention, as some of the other tracks did, but none of them were terrible. Definitely listening to it again.
Decent album, although it falls somewhat flat for me personally. It does have some great stand out tracks like All Mixed Up and Just What I Needed.
Very nice and relaxing music, with fantastic lyrics.
Didn't love it or hate it, it was alright. A lot of the tracks just sound the same. The song "Alison" was quite enjoyable though and probably the only track i might listen to again.
Amazing instrumentals, held back by a questionable vocal performance from Tom Verlaine. Personally it's just very grating most of the time, but when they let the instruments play, i catch myself enjoying the album quite a lot. Especially at the half way point of the track "Marquee Moon".
Smooth, Jazzy and Funky. Amazing stuff. I loved every second of it.
Man what an album. Electrifying, aggressive and powerful. The drums and guitars just sound awesome in this. The vocals are fantastic as well. What usually turns me away from the metal genre, are the unintelligible screaming vocals. There is almost none of that here. I mean they're still somewhat rough and harsh, but it's a prefect mix between a more melodic and aggressive tone. Definitely gonna listen to this again.
I have not really that much to say about this. It's just not my type of music. Some tracks do have interesting sections, mostly in the "Water Song" and "What It Takes". The lyrics don't help it either. Not something i would actively listen to. Maybe somewhere in the background, on low volume.
Pretty good album. Never actually listened to the Beatles, other then hearing their really big hits here and there, but i did enjoy my time with this one. I do have to say some of the songs sound very repetitive and boring, to me personally. Some of my favorite tracks were: Till There Was You, Please Mister Postman, Roll Over Beethoven and Devil In Her Heart.
Enjoyed the album, but probably not something i would listen to again. At least not the whole album, because i did enjoy some of the songs. Mr. Tambourine Man and Love Minus Zero are some of the ones that stood out to me.
Pretty mediocre album in my opinion. Definitely better then Pump though. The guitar sounds where definitely the highlight of this album for me, especially the solo on "No More No More", but the whole album is still not something i would listen to again.
Got not much to say here. It's Iron Maiden and i like Iron Maiden, so it's an easy 5 star for me personally. Very memorable guitar riffs. Personal favorites are The Number of the Beast, Run to the Hills and Hallowed Be Thy Name.
This one was quite a surprise. Didn't think i would enjoy folk music that much. It's a great album to sit back and just relax for a while. But I'm gonna be honest, not really that much of a fan of Richards voice, but Linda kills it on this one. Her voice sounds amazing. Another highlight of the album for me were the instrumentals. Such a diverse sound.
It's an album i guess. Definitely very weird and experimental and i do enjoy weird stuff, but this was mostly just trying to hard to be weird, to the point i don't see anyone listening to it a second time. Still an interesting listen I'll give it that.
It's actually pretty decent. Didn't think i would like it, but i caught myself multiple times tapping my foot, to some songs. The tracks got a lot of energy in them. The quality of the mix is definitely not the clearest, but i actually think it fits the mood the album was going for.
Generic Britpop. Is it bad? No, i don't think so. Would i sit down and actively listen to it again? Also not really. It's great background music.
Loud, aggressive, disturbing and depressing, that's how i would explain the sound of this album. It's great. Really enjoyed the vocals, but the instrumentals on this one, are the thing that made it great for me. It's just really fun listening to all the sounds.
I liked it, but i can't say i loved. A lot of the tracks just seem to miss some texture. It sounded good, but at the same time it was nothing spectacular. Some of them where just to mellow and bland, but anytime it picks up the pace a little, they become really good. Like Piano Joint, Hero and Final Days. There is just more going on in these tracks.
Really enjoyed this album. Can't really say, if it would've sounded better, if it wasn't a live version, but who knows. I enjoyed my time with it.
Great album, with amazing synths and catchy hooks. Definitely gonna listen to it again.

The instrumentals are so smooth and groovy, just really solid work. Fun lyrics and flow as well. Really enjoyed listening to it.
Loved the album, but since this was live recorded, i can't give it a full score. The random screeching and whistling annoyed me. Still very impressed, that this is a live performance.
I liked it. Very funky, especially the amazing Saxophone parts. There are definitely some tracks that just fell flat for me. The ones i really enjoyed were: Fascination Somebody up There Likes Me Fame

Overall i enjoyed this one. There are a few tracks that aren't really that great, but not many. A great listen.
Definitely interesting, but overall not something i would listen to again. An alright experience, but that's about it.
I never heard of this band, so this was a big surprise to me, because i really enjoyed the whole Album. Didn't dislike one song on this one. Definitely listening to it again.
Really not my style. Personally found it very boring.
This one was really fun. Great beats, fun to listen lyrics, but it felt a little to long for me. Didn't enjoy the intermissions that much either. Overall it's still a great album.
The influence Kraftwerk had on electronic music as a whole is undeniable and you can hear it in all the songs, but sadly for me personally, the tracks are just a little bit to long and after the first few minutes, they just drag on and on, making me feel bored. Still have to give them credit for what they achieved.
Knew about Black Sabbath and this album beforehand, so going into this, i already knew it's gonna be a good time. Easy 5 star for me. Just love the sound of this whole album.
Overall a good album. Kinda had a James Bond vibe, at least that's what it sounded to me. Lots of good tracks, that i enjoyed quite a lot, but sadly also quite a few that aren't really that noteworthy. It's so close to a 5 star for me, if it wasn't for the other songs. Favorite songs: Lovely Head Human Pilots Utopia Horse Tears
Even after listening to three David Bowie albums now, including this one. He still remains a mixed back for me. There songs that I just absolutely love, but also a few that just sound alright to me. Never really anything bad though. So sadly, even for his last album, I can only give it 4 stars again. Still it was worth listening to this one and I enjoyed my time with it. Favorite songs were: Blackstar, Lazarus, Dollar Days and I Can't Give Everything Away.
Amazing album. Her voice is just so powerful on this. Loved the instrumentals on this as well. All round a great experience.
It's alright i guess. Nothing bad, but nothing really gripped me here. Maybe it's just not my style.
I actually quite enjoyed this one. Very upbeat 80s sounding songs that got me in a good mood. Somewhat loses steam by the end.
Thought it would be just your standard 80s pop songs, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sound was otherworldly, very emotional and surreal. Loved every second of it.
Nothing really grabbed my attention on here, but nothing bad that made me want to skip this, so I'm not really gonna revisit this and listen to it again.

Overall good album. Great instrumentals and a great singing voice, but there were definitely sections, where her voice just annoyed me. I don't know why, but that's just how I felt. Still a decent album.
Weird, quirky and interesting album, but that's about it. It's okay for one listen, don't think I'd be coming back for another one. There are just not that many songs I would want to replay, other then maybe Red Lobster.
Knew about Muse and some of the songs on here beforehand, but never listened to the whole album. Now that I have I must say it's pretty good. A lot of the songs have this very dramatic sound to them, like the world is about to end and it's now or never. Really enjoyed listening to this.
Starts of strong with some awesome synths, but loses steam after only 3 songs for me. Decent album.
Overall I really enjoyed this albums grungy and raw sound, but there are definitely a handful of songs that I could do without. They weren't bad. It's just they didn't grab my attention, like some of the other tracks did. There were also some pretty interesting instrumental tracks on here.
Wasn't a fan of the vocals. The instrumentals sounded very bland and boring.
Not much to say here. It's AC/DC and Classic Hard Rock, that most people probably already heard at least once in their lives. It's also definitely not a meme, that most AC/DC songs just sound the same, because it's true for this one. Seems like a lot of the songs are just filler for the big hits on this. I do enjoy some of their individual songs, but I don't think I would come back to listen to a full album from them. The songs that are good, are really great. Highway to Hell, Touch Too Much and maybe even If You Want Blood are just very fun to listen to.
Found it pretty boring. Nothing really sounded interesting, that caught my attention.
Very interesting album. It's just that it's all over the place in terms of sound, never really finding it's groove.
Really solid album. It starts of strong right from the get go. A ton of catchy tracks on here as well, especially Heart of Glass. It does have a few songs, that didn't catch my attention, as some of the other tracks did, but none of them were terrible. Definitely listening to it again.
Great instrumentals, horrible vocals. I just couldn't stand the singers voice at all. It's a shame as well, because like I said, the instrumentals were really fun to listen to.
A very boring album for me. Don't think I actually can remember one song from this, because it just had nothing memorable and everything sounded the same.
Very fun. Had me tapping my foot and wanting to get up and move, quite few times. Enjoyed listening to it.
This is my second album from the Beatles and I wish I could love the them, as much as some other people do here and give it 5 stars, but I just don't see myself listening to the whole album again and rather just a few songs from this. The good stuff is really good though. Some of my favorites where: Something, Oh! Darling, Octopus's Garden and of course Here Comes Sun.
Very average sounding to me. Guess it's just not my style. Two songs definitely stood out to me. Those are "Band On The Run" and "Nineteen Hundred And Eighty Five".
This one was a big surprise, since I never heard of this artists before. Definitely listening to the whole thing again.
