All Hail the Queen
Queen LatifahSome catchy songs, some annoying songs. barely 3 stars.
Some catchy songs, some annoying songs. barely 3 stars.
Just kinda boring
feels like background music.
I think of Trainspotting every time I heard Lust for Life
too folksy for me
The only song I had heard was Straight Outta Compton, but the whole album is good.
Just not my kind of music.
I just don't have the patience for prog rock.
Great voice, but the songs aren't that good.
Some awesome songs, but also some filler
Not in my top 20, but definitely a five star album.
The countriest of country music. Not my thing
Meh, didn't leave an impression on me.
Good, but not up to the standards of back in black
I'm starting to think Arcade Fire is overrated.
Some catchy songs, some annoying songs. barely 3 stars.
I forgot how good The Doors are
Sooo boring, it's like an album of lullabies
An enjoyable listen, but not nearly as good as Urban Hymns
Meh
Is Missy Elliot my favorite female rapper of all time? Yes. Is this her best album? No. Still damn good tho
His voice is kinda annoying.
I can't believe I'd never heard of John Lee Hooker. This is a damn good album.
Meh, I much prefer their 80s stuff.
Just kinda boring
Reminds me of late-era Radiohead; Good, but not at all catchy.
It's very 90s and I like it. The carphone warehouse kind of ruined the song Connected for me.
Love her voice, like her songs, really dislike the interludes.
I feel like I should like this more, but it's just not clicking; Except Oliver's Army - great song.
Oddly enough the title track was my least favorite song on the album. Great album tho.
Decent album, but not nearly as good as Bachelor No 2.
The Velvet Underground only had one great album and it wasn't this one.
I think I would have liked this a lot more if I had heard it when it first came out. Still would have been annoyed by the skits.
I don't hate it, but it sounds so dated.
You Can't Always Get What You Want and Gimme Shelter are both fantastic songs, but the rest are kinda forgettable.
This album proves what a great voice she has. For me it's somewhat of a let down after her Dirrty era.
Love this album. It still gives me the chills the same way it did when I first listened to it.
Interesting album but not one I particularly enjoyed. The combination of the songs and Tom Waits voice is a bit too raw for me.
I only knew about Marty Robbins thanks to New Vegas. None of his other songs are as good as Big Iron, but the more upbeat one are pretty good. I was tempted to give this 2 stars but it is really easy to listen to.
Sounds a lot like The Clash,
This is meant to be indie rock, but it feels closer to dream pop to me. Either way I really like it.
As much as I like David Bowie, this album is pretty forgettable.
I can barely catch any of the lyrics so I've no idea what they are singing about. I do however love their voices and the whole album is a great listen.
It's okay. A little too folky for me.
Such a great voice
Every song started strong, but ended up being kinda repetitive. I don't regret listening to this album, but I wouldn't listen to it again.
I like covers of Bob Dylan songs much more than the originals.
Kinda makes me nostalgic for wipeout.
I only knew of Randy Newman due to the Family Guy sketch, so I was expecting this album to be annoying, but it's actually pretty good.
Brass in Pocket was the only song that stood out for me on this album.
Fantastic album. I'm normally not a fan of ballads, but every song on 21 is a banger.
I do like the sound, but the album just couldn't hold my attention. If the songs were a little more catchy I would have given it 4 stars.
This is not their best but it is damn good.
Somehow I had never heard of this band, but had heard many of their songs. Great album
I didn't think I was going to like this, but it's actually pretty good.
