1001 Albums Summary

I’ve known this album for years, but I’d never listened to it all the way through. There are so many different versions, like mono and first versions. Sometimes I actually prefer them to the 2022 mix. I loved hearing their laughter, it made me really happy.

From the beginning, I thought this was not my type of musics but I realized I put half of songs to my favorite track. My best song is 7 o’clock news / silent night and it was really remarkable and impressive. I tried to listen to this announcements so hardly but I couldn’t understand

First time listening to Isaac Hayes. I like the instrumental grooves, but I find it a bit boring because every track is so long. If I find a good part in a 14-minute track, I can’t wait to get to that part. My favorite tracks are ‘Hyperbolicsyllabicsesquedalymistic’ and ‘By the Time I Get to Phoenix.’

I could often predict what kind of sound would come next, especially in the first or second track. Even so, I enjoyed this album a lot. For me, jazz music used to feel calm and a bit boring, but this album was awesome.

Everything sticks to the same theme, and I like Lana Del Rey.

I like the music progression but I’m not really into the vocals

So various shifts!!!! It constantly surprises me with sounds I don’t expect.

Such a great album. Let’s skip Tommy’s girlfriend’s birthday party for his concert. I found this album right after booking the Trainspotting revival movie. What a coincidence!

I didn’t understand the lyrics but musically, there were multiple songs that I enjoyed. This, and recently listening to David Bowie has made me more eager to learn the meanings of song lyrics.

I didnt think I would like this but in fact, I enjoyed 3 or 4 of the songs here.
