Better than I remember, and definitely a few gems in there, but compared to previous albums it's just hard to feel completely satisfied

catchy hooks, surprise funk, driving beat, and ridiculous FUN lyrics. Refreshing.

Not a single miss. Rock, funk, energy, segues, chunky rhythm guitar, Flea turned up to 11, and classic raunch liberally sprinkled throughout. Could listen on repeat for at least 3 times straight. PS this is my go-to album for driving crosstown through Manhattan.

Freedom of course, but a few other surprising tunes on here. I'd listen again, in 4 months maybe.

Again, how have I not heard of this band (but everyone knows their songs)? Catchy sing-alongs!

Top three Cars album, but the bar is pretty high. It's probably the one most packed with hits, so maybe just a tad over-played for me? Either way, can't get enough of that guitar tone....

Funky and cool beats, but too many tracks take too long to pick up steam

10cc has some hits - deservedly. But none are on this album. Wall Street shuffle is dated, but more importantly just plain boring. Or is the whole album a satire? Irregardless, it still should have some musicality...

Who doesn't have this on a heavy slab of vinyl with thick cardboard sleeve? A classic, killer grooves, fun percussion sounds to keep interesting with texture...listening on repeat.
