Enjoyed it but it was kind of a bummer. Needed some cheering afterward.
Wasn't in the mood
Good stuff. Petty is a legend.
Love this band, era, and sound. Never actually listened to any of their albums til now
It's something I have to be in the mood for but it is beautiful music.
While I definitely see the value in the music it's not exactly my thing. But it wasn't made for me so that's fine. Favorite track was Old School.
Didn't think I knew any of their songs 'til Alright came on. I always thought that songs was older, has a kinks-y feel to it. Anyhow, great listen.
I don't know how to define "adult contemporary" but I think this is what it sounds like. Beautifully sung story songs that sound like they came from experience. And of course Jaco Pastorius is the man.
I've never cared for Billie's voice
Might like it more if it weren't live.
Love the music, don't like the vocals
For some reason as a white, cis-male who is easing into middle age and lives in rural America I can't relate much with this album. Not that I think it's bad or lacks value
Not something I expect to listen to again but glad to have had the opportunity
Would have been 4 stars but I don't care for some of the vocals
I'd like to give it 3 1/2 but can't.
Proper 1968 psychedelic freakout
All I can think about is the Animaniacs making fun of Jerry Lewis.
