John Barleycorn Must Die
TrafficDefinitely did not like this album. Not my style.

Great album
I like the way Track B started. The middle was too frenetic/cacophonous for my taste, but ended well. I like the blend of styles in Mode D: jazz, flamenco, back to jazz, and then on to an almost cabaret style. Track C reminded me of a smoky jazz club in the 60s. Probably my favorite track. Overall, I liked some of this album but each song got too loud and frenetic. There are only 4 tracks and each one did this. Seems overdone for my taste.
One of my favorite U2 albums! I Will Follow is probably my favorite U2 song. Or maybe Sunday Bloody Sunday. Or perhaps, Two Hearts!…It’s hard to choose!
Classic 80’s album. Makes me think of John Hughes movies.
Definitely did not like this album. Not my style.
It was like a bad mix of David Bowie and Queen, resulting in music that sounded like bad/bizarre show tunes.
Solid grunge punk band
I’m not much of a Steely Dan fan.
Light and fun
I don’t like Traffic
Probably the most ridiculous album I’ve ever heard.
Very talented singer/songwriter. I enjoyed his vocals. Having said that, it’s not my style of music. I’m glad I listened to it once.
60s hippie music…
Weird. Definitely have to be in the mood to listen
Classic!
Reminded me of The Killers mixed with Talking Heads.
Prince is a legend but he wasn’t my legend.
Not my taste in music
Not a fan

Definitely not my style. I can’t think of a single Bob Dylan song that I like.
Yet another album that’s not my style.
More my style. Solid alt/indy rock band
Good vocals, harmonies, drums, and guitars. Great band from the 70s.
Nope
It was ok
Loved this album
This was a fun listen!
Big fan of the Red Hots. I loved Mother’s Milk and I also loved this album until the radio played it to death. Then I got sick of it and if I never hear it again, that’s ok.
I was never a fan of Elvis Costello until recently. I had never listened to this until now and I really liked it.
Interesting vocals and musicianship. A bit too folksy for me tho
There’s probably a reason they were one hit wonders.
I don’t like Bob Dylan.
I like some of their other albums better.
Loved this album!
Interesting blend of funk and island style music.
This album isn’t available in the US. Spotify, Amazon, and Apple Music didn’t have it. I listened to The Early Years instead.
It’s Queen, what’s not to like!?
Who doesn’t love some funk on a rainy Monday!?
I’m a big fan of Duke Ellington!
Great album
I liked this at first but grew tired of it the longer it played.
I’ve lost my taste for angry punk, in favor of Dead Milkmen, Ramones, etc. That said, this is a solid album. Just not my thing, tho.
Classic soul music!
Solid 80s90s alternative. Open For You reminded me of the Church.
Reminiscent of 90’s alternative. Loved this album.
Didn’t like the pervasive psychedelic bubbling sound. Some of the songs sounded like a soundtrack for a thriller.
I’ve mostly lost my taste for this kind of rock. Rarely listen anymore and have to be in the mood for it.
I liked this album way more than I thought I would!
Not my thing
Garbage
Garbage
Sounded like he soundtrack for a horror movie.
I liked the original songs vs the remastered.
Not a big fan of Talking Heads. I like one song from this album
Not my kind of music
There were a couple songs I liked
