Just a massive Jam session

I can see this being inspiring for people but not really my cup of tea
Cool concept and I think if there’s a movie it could be nice movie tracks. But I feel it lacks personality/ uniqueness from pure musical perspective.
I would give it it 3.49. Plenty of interesting tracks but personally I don’t have that much connection to it
Classic performance. Maybe the music alone is not a 5 out of 5 but there are historical elements to it. Has Some cool covers as well.
Last two songs saved the album or it would’ve been a 2
It’s good if you ignore the lyrics
Maybe a 4 purely music wise but for me it’s 100% 5/5
I ‘m not immediately connected with it but I think it’s good enough to deserve another listen. 3.5
So many good moments
I know Linkin park gets a lot of criticism but this album probably got a lot of people into heavier music. Has a few pretty good songs as well
Good old rock n roll
It has some cool moments but I feel it’s bit repetitive and too long.
I would say I enjoyed it but it’s nothing special. 3.5/5
Vocal focused album with nice songs
It’s rare something from 1970 still sounds quite relevant with a perfect balance between rock metal and blues
I feel like if I know French I would rate it more fairly but
It’s funny and catchy and had some good moments
i don’t think it’s Jimi’s best album but there were some hidden gems in this one Plus it had voodoo child 4.3
Originally I was going to give it a 2 and skip the French version but the playlist kept playing and the French version sounded better to me (maybe because I don’t understand it lol). I would put it as some kind of party background music but wouldn’t sit down and analyse it.
Pretty progressive in the 60s I guess
It has hit songs and instrumental songs what else does it need
Textbook
Wtf did I just listen and why did I like it?
Good production and singing but the content is a bit bland.
Stylish
It’s one of those albums where it’s fun to listen but forget about after
Well composed songs hiding behind the layer of comedy
Will be cooler music without the rap
solid album if you are into the late 60s music
yeah nah
Had some good moments and would listen again. A bit too unserious for higher score though.
It’s groovy but it’s like that lofi playlist for studying
Mixtures with Cool jazzy moments and elevator music
A lot of world music elements, well produced as well
Interesting song even though they are simple
Reminds me of charli xcx and daft punk. I guess the influence/exploration was there? 3.5/5
Very nice and calm that I fell asleep every time I tried to finish this album
One of the best and not even his best album
Polished yet full of raw power. Lots of harmony singing. Would listen again 4.5/5
I could say half of the songs were covers so it lacks originality, or the songs were ‘too simple’. But when you listen to the song you could really hear his interpretation and feel really connected. 4.5/5
It’s cool but I don’t find it different/ahead of its time comparing to other jazz albums in the 60s 3.5
There were good moments but once you repeat it for 2 minutes they became less good. Plus there’s no connection between the songs more like a playlist at this point
To be honest it’s more musical than I expected but after first listen I didn’t find it super connect. Might need to revisit with the lyrics. 3.5
