Good pop album on first listen! A bit surprised to be honest because this music doesn't really strike me all that often. More R&B I found too, good work music.

Kind of a funny album, the dude is a little funny too after reading about him. Pop sensation that kind of sounds like a shitty Barry Manilow. I'm probably not giving it enough credit. Also weirdly sounds like a Christmas album sometimes. Huh. Kind of forgettable, sounds like Scott 3 and 4 are a little more fun.

Top half starts soooooo stong then fades. I love Boston's hits, think they kind have a weak undercard, but enjoyed the album.

I was surprised how many songs I knew! This was a cool album and glad it got recommended, especially learning how it was one of the first metal albums. In San Francisco of all places. Albums like this are why I like this site.
Liked didn't love, just don't think that Seattle grunge scene is so much for me even though on surface level it should be. I respect the album though, just not a fave

This one I had to relisten to because I didn't finish all the way the first time. It has caught my ear, I found myself bopping to certain songs too. I think this is one of those albums that will grow with each listen.
Holy shit do I love this album. I had no idea all the bangers on it, and discovered some ABBA hits I didn't know about. Absolutely amazing.

Obviously Thelonious is incredible, but I actually don't find this album my favorite, it's a little too--I don't know--discordant, for my taste? Really just don't like some of the noises, I am sure it's much better as a sit down, focused album but that's not when I really listen to jazz, at least not live
