1001 Albums Summary

I liked it not my cup of tea but I respect anything that the greats do. It’s an album I’ve heard many times over before. No notes just a solid album.

What else can I say other than that this album shaped me as a human. Prefer the Iggy mix but the Bowie is till good

Another great album. I believe the first crossover of rap and rock which is amazing

Good album for the morning if you want to take it easy. Has one of my favorite guitar riffs with I Might Be Wrong. Not their best but still good.

Never have really been a garbage fan but really listening to this album I could respect the guitar work and compositions

First half of the album typical acoustic Neil Young. Last half I can understand why this album was chosen just wish the whole album was like that. Definitely a precursor to grunge.

Finally got an album that I haven’t heard and something that I wouldn’t seek out. Over all the compositions were good. Too many acoustic songs for my liking but overall would give it a second listen

I’ve listened to this album multiple times since I was a teenager. No notes. Still good

I can see how this is an inspiration for RHCP and RATM. Feel like it can even stretch to Franz Ferdinand. Definitely keeping this in rotation for a bit
