Rio by Duran Duran
Jul 19 2026

The music itself is incredibly good, unfortunatly i just got out of my 80's phase and am unable to truly appreciate it.

Jul 20 2026

Mother is lovely (at first lol, then it gets a little depressing) - same as well well well, hold on is really good, i also liked isolation, remember has great keyboard/Piano[?] noises and it did not turn into a whining noise as i exPected. God is very nice too, i like how soothing and comforting it is. Look at me is just lovely. Very lovely. My problem with this album is that most songs start of really great and you are exited to listen, but then they sort of turn into this whining noice that hurts my brain. Listened to: (a list since spotify likes to throw you out of the album while listening and propose different stuff) Working class hero, love, mother, my mummys dead, i found out, hold on, well well well, isolation, remember, god, look at me

Blue Lines by Massive Attack
Jul 21 2026

Safe from harm - the sharas nelsons vocals are basicly etherial- i have to remember to reccomand it to my brother, he will appreciate it Daydreaming had a very nice ending. Top few: Safe from harm for sure!, five man army, unfinished sympathy, lately I am not a big hip hop or rap type of person, but I have to admit that even some songs that are extremely not my style on this album, i have quite actually liked. Listend to: Safe from harm, Hymn of the big wheel (pretty cool), blue lines, one love, five man army, daydreaming, unfinished sympathy, be thankful for what you got, lately

Urban Hymns by The Verve
Jul 22 2026

Omg I did not know that Bitter Sweet Symphony is that song - the tic tok one - very good, tho i do have to say overrated since i have heard it everywhere. Sonnet is very good too. Lucky man is really comforting, a song for a cloudy weather. Space and Time is great - it has different tempo and vibe than the rest i think. After having a look in the reviews of other people, I am suprised how divided the listeners are - either one/two stars (an extra one for Bitter Sweet Symphony) or five stars and retelling half of their childhood stories that they vaugly conected to this album. I don't think my neighbour likes this album, he has been knocking on my wall. Personally I happen to think that this is a very good album, I have no problem with melodical repetitions in songs since it gives me rather comforting vibes for a UK-like weather with lots of rain and clouds. I don't believe that in order for an album to be good it has to have individual song that always come grabing at your attention. This album is something that you play in an autumn afternoon after a long day of work, curled up in your favourite armchair while drinking tea and looking at the rain. Listened to: Bitter Sweet Symphony, Sonnet, The Rolling People (a bit whiny), The Drugs Don't Work, Lucky Man, Catching The Butterfly (as the rolling people - overall very nice tho has its whiny moments, nothing tho that would put John Lennon to shame), and the rest of the album

Surrealistic Pillow by Jefferson Airplane

Somebody to love is obviously a great hit.

Superunknown by Soundgarden
Jul 24 2026

In itself the music is very good, love that the rock is leaning towards grunge, but i feel like the album is kinda missing personality. I think this is what pop listeners hear when somebody plays them a rock or metal album. The music is good it just sounds extreamly generic, its the type of songs that you would have on your playlist and the playlist would totaly rock, but you would never pay more attention to these songs or even remember their name and author. Spoonman and my wave kind of stuck out to me tho.

Blunderbuss by Jack White
Jul 26 2026

After reading the reviews i noticed the same thing as one person - while the music is good it does not make me feel anything. The songs are something that usually would kick me out of my seat and got me dancing, but here i don't feel a thing. What is happening??

Too Rye Ay by Dexys Midnight Runners
Jul 27 2026

Come on Eileen is obviously great, the rest didn't stick out to me (except Marguerita Time).

Os Mutantes by Os Mutantes
Jul 29 2026

It sounds like old cartoons feel.

Winter In America by Gil Scott-Heron
Jul 30 2026

No notes. The album said everything that needs to be said.

The Boatman's Call by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Jul 31 2026

Pretty good, tho i would not classify this as my style

Black Monk Time by The Monks
Aug 02 2026

For whatever reason the album shows up on my Spotify as four songs, two of which are by different and unconected artist; after a wiki search i believe i have found some of the songs. The few songs that i could listen to have been quite something. Very nice overall.

Cloud Nine by The Temptations
