Buena Vista Social Club
5/5
Score: 70 If you left a 1 star review with the reason stating why being it's not in English, get the fuck off this website. That isn't constructive, it's not a review, and it certainly isn't a review of the album. It's nothing and you're either a dumbass bigot or you don't know the right time and place for jokes. This album starts off incredibly strong and slowly throughout its runtime becomes a little more average and tame. All the while the production and instrumentation are great, but the tracks become slower and a bit less exciting. Very chill and enjoyable. This album also made me very hungry. I'm giving it a 5 to counteract some of the dumbfuck reviews

Score: 20 Album art: 20 This album is completely pointless. It's mixed like shit, sounds like shit, nothing is interesting the entire runtime. The vocals are not good either, and that's when you can even hear them. The drums sound godawful. The lyrics are the definition of vapid and lazy. By the end of it i was getting pissed at how inane and repetitive it was.The number of better albums in the 90s goes into the 1000s. Take this shit off the list

Beck
5/5
One of Beck's best and most consistent albums. I actually think the weakest tracks are the first 2. E-pro is by no means a bad song but after playing it for years on guitar hero and the fact that the song doesn't really go anywhere makes it a strange and not the best opener. Guero is a better song imo but sometimes I'm just not in the mood to hear all the constant background noises. They do lend the song it's vibe though. I think every other song on this thing is a banger. The styles vary from crazy silly Beck to chill and serene Beck to experimental and melancholy Beck. Everything is on here and I honestly think this is a good place to start if you've never heard his music before. Love this album Score: 90 Art: 70

Score: 70 Album art: 50 Dirty dirty fingernails Why does this guy want to hear his nails clacking on piano? It's very strange. Anyway, the first song is really fantastic. After hearing it I asked myself, is this really going to be an amazing country album?? Sadly the answer is no, but it is definitely good! I listened to the 2022 remaster and I don't know how much of this is the remaster but this thing is produced and mixed immaculately. Sure the mixing is flat but it's by no means bad. It's corny and cheesy but I was never groaning or upset with what I was hearing. Compared to modern country music that alone is an insane compliment. Also I could be wrong but I don't think there was a single mention of a truck so props for that. My personal enjoyment of this album is around a 3 as I'm not a huge country fan, but it's clear to me this is a cut above the rest so I'm giving it a 4

Les Rythmes Digitales
5/5
Score: 90 Album art: 70 This album is so incredibly cheesy and dumb, but it's also a lot of fun. Almost every track is a banger. I laughed out loud when the singers voice was paulstretched during the chorus of the first song and it set the tone for the rest of the album. The final track is different, being a more serious dark wave track. There's not a lot of lyrics but damn if they aren't true. Favorite tracks: pretty much every song Least favorite: disco II disco
