Not the biggest Pearl Jam fan and some of the songs felt like they dragged on/were a bit slow. But I enjoyed parts of the album and consider it pretty solid.
I enjoyed this one as an album both listening and connecting with my dad over it, who also likes this record. Good tempo, fun for listening at work. Could see myself coming back to it at some point.
I love Johnny Cash and he will forever be one of my favorite artists. This is a good live album, but pales compared to Live at Folsom Prison. Still a top tier live performance and an album I own on vinyl.
Want to do 1.5 cause I didn’t mind it, but it was putting me to sleep at work and isn’t my favorite genre of music.
Too slow for me. Nothing that caught my attention
I like Public Enemy and enjoyed this album. Not my favorite album of theirs, but definitely something I could find myself going back to.
I’m not really into this style of music. Heavy metal has never been my favorite, but I didn’t dislike this as much as a screamo-style album. It was short and kept me awake at work.
Iconic album with iconic songs. And her courage to come out will always be something I admire
3.5 really. Some really good songs that are well known for a reason but others that just get a bit lost
I honestly liked this one a decent amount. I’ll have to go back to it to see if I really give it a 4 or if it’s more of a 3, but her vocals and lyrics were fun. I’m leaning more towards 3.5 because, even though I’m tired, the only songs I can distinctly remember is the one about her boyfriend being gay and Amy Amy Amy
This was genuinely awful start to finish. Didn’t enjoy a single song. Boring music, boring lyrics, practically put me asleep at work. Tested my abilities to sit through an album without skipping any of the songs.
I don’t mind Prince’s music, but it’s not something I seek out. I also enjoy other albums more than this one. Some of the songs felt like they dragged on a bit.
This one really is 2 stars for me personally, but I’m giving it a bonus star because I got to connect with my dad over it. He likes Sonic Youth and it led us to listening to the Pixies. I like it, but not one I’d probably go back to.
I wish this album was easier to find but it’s not on any streaming service. The YouTube quality was okay, but I actually thought the album was really fun. Fun beat, fun lyrics, overall enjoyed, just wish it was easier to listen to (without YouTube ads in the middle of songs).
I was not a fan of this. Too instrumental and nothing memorable.
I really liked this. It was giving notes of folk, country, and soft rock. I’ve always seen their albums in record stores but never gave them a listen. Added a few songs to my playlist. Definitely a good surprise
I didn’t hate it but I definitely didn’t like it. It was a bit too soft for me and the music/lyrics didn’t pull me in enough to enjoy the softer tones.
Enjoyed this. She had such a unique voice and Fighter/Beautiful are iconic songs. Some of the album wasn’t memorable, but I enjoyed it overall.
I didn’t even mind that it was instrumental. I grew up on classical music because I spent so much time with my grandma, and I often enjoy it/it gives me a happy nostalgic feeling. This was boring and it felt largely ignorable.
It was good. Nothing special and writing this review a few days later, I don’t remember what I listened to, but the beat and music was fun
I really liked her voice but found the music and lyrics to not be as good as I hoped. Being tired on a Monday morning at work probably did not help my rating
I love Madonna but did not enjoy this one. The songs wanted to put me to sleep and there was nothing that caught my attention. The beats were fun, but that’s about it.
I enjoyed this one. The beats and vocals were fun. Definitely a more fun album for a 60s band.
This one was kinda fun. The lyrics and rap were fun, but some songs felt repetitive. I want to give it a 2.5, but enjoyed it more than expected.
I honestly thought I would like this more than I did. Potentially why it’s getting 2 stars instead of 3, because I had higher expectations than most of the albums so far, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I wanted to.
Honestly I don’t remember this album in the slightest because I was dead tired. I know there’s one famous song I was like “oh, I know this” but other than that I remember it being a bit slow but more tolerable than other slow ones.
I liked and didn’t like this one. Some of the instrumentals were fun and I liked the vibe, but other songs were a bit too slow for me.
I like a rock live album and this was pretty good. Nothing I loved or a top rock/live album for me, but good.
It was fun and funky. Probably wouldn’t listen again, but I liked hearing some of the backstory from my dad
First few songs were okay. Then it got slow and was trying to make me nod off.
A good, classic pop rock album. The fact this was her debut album is crazy and Girls Just Want To Have Fun is an all time banger.
Giving it a surprising 5, though leaning more to the 4.5 range. However, boosting it up a bit because my ratings tend to be overly critical and this has been my favorite album from the generator so far.
It was okay. Good background music for working but nothing much else. 2.5
Solid blues album. I enjoyed it and added and song or two to my likes.
Some good songs but overall not my favorite Eagles album or songs.
A few good songs and I like the old timey melodies but nothing I love. 2.5
The vocals were good but this was too insanely long to be enjoyable. It was also a slower pace, quieter album, which made it hard to push through at work.
Boring but easy consumption. Just wasn’t anything that drew me in and I don’t even remember finishing the album.
Not my favorite. Fun songs and lyrics but
Vocals and everything were good. Spaced off a bit during this day, so don’t remember much, but still good.
It was okay. Nothing special nor memorable. A bit quiet at times
Honestly really liked this Bob Dylan album, especially compared to the other one. The vocals and lyrics were catchy and drew me in, especially as someone who didn’t consider themselves a fan of his music before.
3.5. Enjoyed the front half of the album way more than some of the middle or later songs. Added the first two to my playlist. Didn’t enjoy the quieter ones as much, but overall enjoyed the album.
1.5. The beats to every song sounded the same, the lyrics or vocals weren’t captivating to me, and I kind of just wanted to fall asleep. Nothing pulled my attention.
I liked the instrumentals, but not as just instrumentals. I wish there were vocals or something to supplement it. I’m tired at work, so bad time to listen, but needed more. I don’t mind instrumentals, not my favorite, but this lacked for me.
I enjoyed the vocals and listening to a legend, but overall not my favorite album. Had good moments, but lulled me a bit sometimes.
Great hip hop album. Scenario is an all time song.
I liked it because it was fast paced, kept me awake at work, and was another band I could connect over with my dad. Bonus points for being under 30 minutes.
Too slow. The first song felt very relevant which is yikes. I liked the message of that one but none of the other songs pulled me in the same way.
Really liked this one top to bottom. Only one or two I wasn’t that into, but overall one of the most iconic albums of all time and for good reason.
