In A Silent Way by Miles Davis
Jan 05 2024

I’m sure the musicianship is outstanding, and beyond anything I can comprehend, but honestly Jazz is just not for me

xx by The xx
Jan 08 2024

It was fine, just mid for me personally. Honestly, a bit surprised it’s on the list, with the millions of albums that have been released

Low-Life by New Order
Jan 09 2024

Decent, not my cup of tea

Daydream Nation by Sonic Youth
Jan 10 2024

I feel like I should give it 4 stars - I can hear how “important” this album is. It’s like a bridge between 80s music and 90s music. But in reality, I probably wouldn’t ever just say “you know, I’m in the mood to listen to “Daydream Nation” right now. Maybe, but not really. I’d probably give it 3.5 if I could. If 5 = perfect, 4 = really really great, 3 = solid, I’ll go with 3. 5 star rating systems suck

Tres Hombres by ZZ Top
Jan 12 2024

This is where my bias will show. I enjoy guitar based music as my favorite kind of music. To me, this album is excellent, but I would totally understand it not being someone else’s preference. I think the key here as I go through this list to understand that I’m rating them for myself, not what other people should think. I give this five stars, that’s five stars as far as what I like; might not be five stars for you and that’s OK.

In Utero by Nirvana
Jan 15 2024

One of my favorite bands. From my time of becoming

Fulfillingness' First Finale by Stevie Wonder
Jan 16 2024

I actually enjoyed this album quite a bit. I liked the variety difference in the tracks, before I listened to it, I thought that they would all maybe sound kind of the same.

Faith by George Michael
Jan 19 2024

I liked this more than I thought I would

Appetite For Destruction by Guns N' Roses
Jan 22 2024

This album is a good example of how personal taste will affect ratings drastically. Undoubtedly a five star album, but I can see how it could be too aggressive, crude, and crass for many people.

Kid A by Radiohead
Jan 23 2024

Groundbreaking but not the most relaxing or just pure enjoyment album to listen to. More for when you’re in an RC fart mood.

School's Out by Alice Cooper
Jan 25 2024

Great record sleeve!

Green by R.E.M.
Jan 29 2024

I like this album

Reggatta De Blanc by The Police
Jan 30 2024

I really don’t care much for the police. Great musicians though

Ogden's Nut Gone Flake by Small Faces
Feb 01 2024

Weird stuff, almost felt like it was trying to hard to be weird.

Moondance by Van Morrison
Feb 05 2024

Great

A Love Supreme by John Coltrane
Feb 06 2024

Honestly, if this was distorted guitars and the like it would be just called noise

OK by Talvin Singh
Feb 07 2024

It’s great if you like it, but for me, I didn’t feel like I needed to hear this before I died.

Third by Soft Machine
Feb 08 2024

It’s great if you like it, but for me, I didn’t feel like I needed to hear this before I died.

Electric Ladyland by Jimi Hendrix
Feb 12 2024

It is Hendrix after all. Couple weird ones in there

Tapestry by Carole King
