Incredible Bongo BandTrumpet drums guitar. You can hear so much of what influenced future artists in this album

Reminds me of driving with my Dad. Better than I remember, but just ok. Sounds a lot like Phil Spector’s wall of music
60/70’s rock, raw live performance, Im a sucker for that stuff. Sounds like heavily influenced by Hendrix. This version of “my generation” is solid
This album is SO GOOO, going into permanent rotation!
Oh Man, I already love Metallica and Im not sure I know this album, we going hard today! This album is quintessential 80's loud metal, but after listening to Beach Boy, The Who, Pink Floyd, in that order you can kinda hear the lineage. I don't remember Metallica being so anti-war, but it definitely has a message. Orion is dope, but I love Rodrigo y Gabriela's version Album is decent but not my fav, maybe 2.5 - 3 stars
80’s punk/pop, pretty solid. A few songs ive heard before. Space Invaders, was a really cool instrumental
I mean its a classic for a reason right?
Always known of The Grateful Dead just had no idea why, Truckin is a classic but I don’t think I’d go out of my way to listen to this for anything else
I was backpacking through Greece when this album came out. The 1st time I vividly renumber hearing it was at a place called the "Orange Bar" on the Island of Ios. How many albums do you remember where you were the 1st time you heard them? I have no idea but I know this is one of them.
Beautiful voice, but the music sounds really dated. It hasn't aged as gracefully as other albums I've listed to in this project. I think this is a one and done kind of album. I know her other album "Blue" (I think it's called) is highly rated, so I'm looking forward to that one. I did like the jazzyness of "Harry's House" I really didn't like the church hymn style of Shadows and Light, I guess if art is to make you "feel" something, this song is art, just not the type I like
I like this, reminiscent of a Pink Floyd album where the it feels like a journey. It stands on it own from beginning to end. Sound and Vision is a jam. I wish I could give half stars cause this feels like a 3.5. Not quite a 4 in my opinion so I'm going with a 3. I'll listen again though
This was a surprise, never heard of this band, and honestly i kinda judged the book by the cover on this one. It was surprisingly good.
1st Radiohead album I've listened to from beginning to end. Pretty good, I missed out on a lot of their music as I was heavy into house/trance when they got big. It's good though, Im in.
This is different, it’s imaginative, it’s cool, it’s creepy. It’s art, this is a ride through space. Very Pink Floyd esque. My son will love falling asleep to this
Some classics on here for sure, but not a great album
This is poetry, really good.
This is nostalgia, it was a classic already by the time I discovered in my high school years. It's such a smooth album
Great album, I never heard it before. It must have just been overshadowed by the likes of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, etc which were all huge at the time.

I remember how fresh these beats were when this was 1st released. A classic
I don't know what I'm missing on this? I mean i get that she has a great voice but ok.. i don’t get how her album would rank higher than Linda Rondstant
This is jazz, really good, really chill. Nice to hear the interplay between musicians. Really helpful for understanding jazz.
Good just not for me..
I love this stuff
This is a great album filled with classics we all know without realizing we know cause they’re just in our fabric as a culture. I liked this better than Joni Mitchell’s Blue which gets so much love. My silly opinion 4 stars
Not for me
Some great songs on this album.
Interesting, i wasn’t expecting the electric guitar on this one. Something new and interesting but probably wont seek out again
If the name of this band was the beatles this album would have been so much more popular. Surprisingly good, feels like it got lost in an era of so much good music
This is my era of rap, beats, flows, life stories, and all smooth. A classic
I forgot how great this album was. Axel Rose kills it
I know nothing about this album other than my wife loved them. Looking forward to this. So much better than i expected, i get the hype
Dope
its alright..
I get why it's on this list but it's not for me.
Man this album made me feel officially old. The whole time i kept thinking “this is just noise!”
This feels like the soundtrack of the 80’s. Man i miss those days.
Love this from beginning to end
Iconic voice, good album
Unique voice, its 50/50 feminine and masculine, its beautiful
This is beautiful, this is the type of thing i was hoping to get out of this project
From the opening riff you know this is something different. This album was revolutionary when it came and still great!
I cant believe i missed the whole Radiohead era, they’re great, great album
