Ready To Die

GIMME THE LOOT GIMME THE LOOT
Never been a huge Smashing Pumpkins fan. After listening to this album, I still am not
It was good
SUCKED
Paramore vibes
Enjoyed this a lot. How could you not?
Really wanted to like this album more but I couldn't. Feels like its my jam but it never really hits that point that sends it up for me. Stand out tracks: Mambo Sun, Get it On, Life's A Gas
The kind of whiny, sad album I like. In the same vein as Benji or A Crow Looked At Me, just 16 years earlier. This will be one of those albums that you either like or hate.
I AM THE TIIIIIGEEEERRRR!!!
Enjoyable; didn't LOVE it
Album is a journey
Was feeling a 2, but a few moments bumped it up for me
GIMME THE LOOT GIMME THE LOOT
Loved Robert Plant's vocals on th- I MEAN KEITH RELF'S VOCALS ON THIS
Beginning and ending were good; sagged in the middle
My favorite Zep album. It's got all the big hits and all the experimental demos. Shit hits from front to back. Ez 5 star
Didn't really expect to like this so much, but it fucks from start to finish. A dozen short, slick, hard-hitting tracks. Chester Bennington's lyrics are the driving force of the album and his vocals are supposed to be a big draw, but I found him annoying to listen to at times. Still a solid 4/5
The bizarre wailing at the beginning made me think I was in Discord with Josh Ash, hut the rest of the album is listenable.
Can't believe i never heard of this
It was fine
This is a pretty good album but i dont have much to say about it
Never listened to a Beck album before. Or any Beck really. Was really surprised at how good this was. Very sad + moving lyrics. Apparently, this album is out of the norm for him, historically speaking. I am now wondering what his work before and after this sounds like
I had a B. B. King tee shirt growing up but never actually listened to him (fake fan). Biggest mistake of my life. At first I thought that Led Zeppelin might have stolen It's My Own Fault and used it to make Since I Been Lovin' You, but I think all blues rock probably just sounds like that
This album was released before 2025 so it's shit
Listened to this on a car trip yesterday and remember liking it, but I don't really remember anything about it. 2.5 stars I guess. Rounding up to 3
Wasn't at all familiar with The Offspring. Really punky and fun album. Lots of swearing :'(
Only heard U2's singles before, and never thought much of them. This album was front loaded with 3 of their biggest singles, and all the rest was totally unfamiliar. Turns out that's the more interesting stuff! Not terribly interesting, but a solid 3/5
Jamaican jerk-off was the best gay orgy that Elton John ever threw!
Was teetering towards a 3/5 in the middle, but the last 2 tracks really fuck. Ez 4/5
I really appreciated this on a technical level, but I didn't like it
LEND ME YOUR EARS AND I'LL SING YOU A SONG/AND I'LL TRY NOT TO SING OUT OF KEY
This was fairly interesting. Best track is Beechwood Park
"Cool" rhymes with "fool"
Yoko Ono SUCKS
Very eclectic sound that I appreciated. I always thought this album was just straight up punk, but it only has this punk element woven throughout the album's songs. Very, very good. Might even listen again
Holy FUCK
Some songs good; others not so good
It was neat.
Cocaine
Kind of samey, but chill and relaxing. Coffee shoppe sort of vibe. Also I don't know Portuguese
Best songs: Dreams By the Sea, The Man In The Station
Classic
I absolutely did not kill my dad
This is clearly a precursor for some of the more modern bands i like. Pretty cool. A side was much better than B tho
Never been a huge fan
Anything so massively cocaine fueled is an automatic 4 or 5
Listened to the first half. Really enjoyed it. Probably should finish it some day
"Birds" had no right to make me tear up like that
A decent follow up to Kid A. Not as gopd though
Man this album was fucking boring
Out on the road today, I saw a deadhead sticker on a cadillac
I didn't really enjoy this, but Kuntz made me laugh. 2 stars.
Fun album by teens, for teens
I really needed that 15 minute My Generation medley
I BELIEVE IN A THING CALLED LOOOOVE
This was just fine
