Honestly I saw a Tutti Frutti was here, heard it, and immediately dropped the album for Little Richard. Friggin "oh he was controversial for shaking his hips" while Little Richard was shirtless sex on a piano, also everything else.

It's good Slipknot. like yea. Grew up on the earlier albums.

I'm biased. I enjoyed Odelay when it came out, and after Midnite Vultures, I was surprised to see what I saw as a return to that album's form. It's different, and I enjoy it

I keep forgetting how good Hate to Say I Told You So is. The garage rock revival was a good time. I should listen to the rest of their discography. I've heard it's more of this, but that's not bad.

The opening and first few tracks have a sense of intimacy about them. a closeness. I like what they're doing, I also enjoy their music in general.

Every so often with this list it's weird to go "Oh, those songs were on an album, they weren't just on grocery store speakers since time immemorial.

Required a quiet room I didn't have access to. Which is more a me issue than the album.

A perfectly cromulent hard rock 80's album. I'm curious about their earlier albums, since there's talk about them being darker and more brooding. Ah well.

2010's electropop like La Roux with more gender play. Love it.

I have a personal fondness for the album, but this feels more like The White Stripes' breakout album rather than their big album. Elephant or Icky Thump is probably the big album to check out. You can feel when this was probably made, with this and The Hives being that garage rock revival period.
