Wacky album pretty much just David Bowie with a different voice. Fav song: China Girl

Very depressing and angsty. Like the choppy simple acoustics it highlights the vocals and lyrics. Fav song: Famous Blue Raincoat.

Weird tone for me. Felt a little too wacky and a little too serious. I liked what seems to be a new sound for me in gothic rock. Fav song: 1. David Jay 2. Peter Murphy 3. Kevin Askins 4. Daniel Ash

Good jam. Fun and fast and hit hard. Fav song: highway star. Blasted highway Star while driving in the Integra 🚗🚗🚗. Didn’t like the mule that much.

Pretty solid blues-y rock stuff. I'm a sucker for songs that are based on 12 bars blues stuff. La Grange is a banger even if it was overplayed for 50 years. Fav song- La Grange

Really liked the blues-y elements to it probably my second favorite album of that type next to “Second Helping”. Fun and dynamic instrumentals. Fav son: Shake your hips. Entirely because I think it’s funny that it and “La grange” share a riff and neither made it.

The instrumentals were actually god tier. The long drawn out notes really made me feel depressed af. Nick Drake is amazing at making me feel melancholic in as short a time as possible. Fav song: Day is Done.

Very good album with a few stinkers. Production that has aged very well especially for a Kanye album. Strong lyracism. Fav song: All Of the Lights- all time classic.

Didn’t do much for me. Most of the songs felt clunky. Clearly they were still getting their footing on their debut album. Fav song: Clint Eastwood

Fantastic album. Really tight production. Biggie has a ton of charisma that makes you engaged the whole time. HIs lyrics paint a vivid picture in your mind's eye. Fav song: Suicidal Thoughts.

I liked the sound a lot. I also really like the hodge-podginess of the lyrical content but it went on for too long. Kinda like eating a peanut butter sandwich for 3 years. Almost all of them are going to be pretty good with no complaints (except for maybe one.. looking at you Fiddle Riddle). Over time though, it’s just the same stuff and your lunches feel like they’re the same shit every day and you start to wonder when will you be able to eat a new sandwich. 6.5/10 Fav song: Headache Least: Fiddle Riddle

Was pretty standard for a psychadelic rock album, which is pretty good. Idk why but the main singer kinda sounds like Thom Yorke a little to me. Fav song: Street joy

Probably my favorite Pink Floyd album and for good reason. It draws you and lets you breathe just long enough for it to punch you in the stomach. This made me feel something. Fav song: Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Pts. 1-5)

Pretty solid indie rock. Not my fav genre by any means and this one didn’t stand out enough to change my mind very much. Fav song: Silver Soul

An album drenched in a folky Americana. Good vibes but didn’t fully connect with me. Really liked “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down” which makes sense because of its critical success! Fav song: The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down

Didn’t feel super special to me for an early 2000’s hip hop album. Never heard of Ms. Dynamite before. Fav song: Brother

A very good early rock and roll collection. Would have rated a 4 but I always add -1 to compilations because they feel like cheating.
