First half was good, 2nd half left me struggling to finish.

Hectical and harmonious. A good jam from beginning to end. Nick's voice is another glorious instrument amongst the symphony of the band.

Classics throughout. Starts strong and ends strong.

Rock out the first half, and then mellow out the second. Goes from Rock Legend to Storyteller, and it's acceptable all the same.

Good rhythm and style, just not my groove.

For the love of all music, just SKIP OVERPLAYED YELLOW and enjoy the rest of the album.

Long segments of repeated chords and tones. Very poetry jam feeling album.

Acoustic Emo sitting outside a college library under a tree for being "misunderstood" feelings. So many miskeyed harmonies that it's feeling like a 5th grade concert. I will not deny that the music is well paced and written, but his vocals really detract from some technical guitar playing.

The Cure music with Mindless Self-indulgence flair

Nice album, but the audio seemed poorly optimized. The highs were prioritized on one song, and then the kick drum drowned out the vocals in another.

This is what Radiohead sounds like when you try to explain them to people who don't listen to Radiohead.

Songs that are stories and random vocal sounds are indicative of the late 60s and early 70s. The Stones prove this with the album, including songs that deal with barbiturates to tackle every day problems.

Ghost was great at covering "Waiting for the Night", showing reverence as well as creating the same ethereal feeling while adding their flavor to it.

Not what I was expecting. I've never listened to her before, and now I'm sad I haven't. Wonderful voice, intricate accompaniment, nice pacing. For those criticizing her voice, go listen to Dance Monkey.

Too much overdrive and too much feedback overpower not enough vocals. "The sound IS the music" group can't hear anymore because tinnitus set in with this album. I'm sure there's a garage band with 50 dollar guitars that could sound better.
