The authors of this book have an uncanny ability to find a legendary artist with dozens of albums - only one of which they'll put on this list. And the one they choose is just okay. Pretty impressive how they can do that.

My fave parts of Billie Holiday's catalogue pre -date the album era, so I don't particularly like many of her long form albums. Billie Holiday compilation albums forever this album for never.
