Songwriting and verse phrasing reminiscent of Robert Hunter (Grateful Dead) These guys would have fit right in on a bill with the Dead and New Riders. Totally hear and appreciate the Dylan comparisons as well.

So much fun! Nostalgic throwback party vibes

The blues sung with a smile. You can hear how much muddy enjoys the company and playing of Johnny Winter.

Gonna give it a 3 for neutral because it wasn't on Spotify to listen to and I can't be bothered to seek it elsewhere.

While I am a fan and enjoyer of The Who, the two strong songs are not strong enough to carry the whole record in my personal opinion.

Instrumentals were not bad but I could not stand the singers voice at all

Track 1 was insane. Blew me away, so funky! I just wish the rest of the record followed suit.

I get my home internet through Virgin. So I guess I owe thanks to this record for my affordable home internet.

Side 1 is a 5. Side 2 is a 2 or 3. So it shall land at a 4. I never realized how much influence Josh Homme from Queens Of The Stone Age takes from Bowie when really it's so obvious. On Sons of the Silent Age, especially. I'm in love with the croony, slapback reverby vocals on this record and I can really hear where Josh finds inspiration

Should have been an EP, or maybe even just a single.

Sonically very cool, love the percussion. But musically does nothing for me and found it rather boring.
