Not my normal kind of music, but this was nice. A good one for dinner

A bit samey at times but I can see how influential it must have been

hmm, very 'dad' music, but some undeniable bangers on here. can sometimes hear some BCNR in some of the instrumentation

these guys are just the best, not even their strongest album and it smokes most bands output

i kinda didn't like this one, preferred the original versions of a lot of these covers. I dont like this kind of vocal delivery

utterly dire, probably the worst one on this list yet imo. just lacking any sort of soul or human touch. arrogant in a way that i would normally find funny on another metal record, ended up just falling so flat here. first time i'd really listened to eruption since i was like 11 (which i'd assume is the target audience for this album) and its just so.. nothing. just a waste of time

some very sweet songs, just not at the level that he was on at other parts of his career. still a massive soft spot for his work

it just fell a bit flat for me, very much the kind of record you see in every UK charity shop and it sounds like it

I can't realistically give this more than a 3 because as a whole, the album had a few misses, but when it hit, it really hit for me. Maybe I'll return to this

A classic 'not my cup of tea' album. I really struggle to get on with metal, however this is clearly far ahead of a lot of the metal on this list, but i can't score it higher than a 2

I've heard bits and bobs from blur before, i just can't truly get into them. Streets better than oasis but just doesn't grip me.

on paper i should hate this. I still hated bits but also enjoyed parts too

each song in isolation were good, and well performed - it just got a bit samey after a while
