very amazing guitar on the opening title track. already loving it. only gets better, WOW. it ends very strong too. this has changed my outlook a lot. the beatles aren’t a band i listen to a lot, but this may change that.
average, not horrible, but not the best thing i’ve ever heard. i’d 100% listen to maps and y control again! not very many standout tracks overall though. but still a good debut album.
not a bad album, but not really my cup of tea. i’d need to be in the mood for it to listen again.
good album, not sure why some reviews are bad. i enjoyed this.
one of the BEST ALBUMS that has ever graced my ears. 10/10 will be listening for years to come.
this album proves Paul McCartney is a musical GENIUS. it’s very 70’s, but in a good way. this album is not forgettable.
not the best album ever, but it’s not bad!
i actually really enjoyed this album! the national is a band that i wasn’t super familiar with before this album. this is going to make me listen to them more! highlights: anyone’s ghost, bloodbuzz ohio, conversation 16, england, terrible love (alternate version)
really enjoyed listening!
this gave me lots of nostalgia. it’s a very good album. thoroughly enjoyed!! highlights: so young, the drowners, sleeping pills, animal lover, metal mickey
it isn’t horrible, but not my favorite album ever.
couldn’t really understand it, but it didn’t sound bad!! :))
not really my type of music, but i didn’t hate it.
not really my type of music, but i didn’t hate it!
one of the best albums i have ever listened to.
not the best album ever, but it is VERY VERY close. enjoyed most of it!!
not a fan, none of the songs appealed to me. it wasn’t horrible, but it was definitely not good.
i genuinely don’t understand why this has such low reviews?? this is an album that deals with huge issues so beautifully. janet did so well with this album, it is perfect. highlights: rhythm nation, state of the world, love will never do (without you), black cat
it was okay, not the best, not the worst.
really enjoyed this, it’s VERY good for a debut album! lots of nostalgia vibes too.
honestly, not impressed, was expecting more from a wilco album.
LOVED LOVED LOVED!! there are a few songs that aren’t my favorites but they aren no where NEAR as bad as these reviews make them seem. this album is overall very enjoyable. highlights: sunday morning, all tomorrow’s parties, heroin, there she goes again
not super bad, but not super good either
very 60s, didn’t hate, didn’t love
fabulous example of 80s pop. definitely will listen to the songs on this album for a long while! highlights: bonny, appetite, when love breaks down, hallelujah, when the angels
sad, wonderful, beautifully written work of art. cannot get over this. highlights: pink moon, things behind the sun, parasite, free ride, harvest breed, from the morning
don’t think i’d listen again
beautiful (live) jazz album!
amazing metal album, not even a huge metal fan but this album is GREAT.
didn’t hate it, but probably wouldn’t listen again.
not too bad, but not super my kind of music.
liked this more than i thought i would!
it wasn’t bad, it just didn’t really catch my eye.
not a huge country fan, but i did enjoy this!
not really anything special
some pretty good songs!
raw emotion, beautiful vocals, wondrous production. literal music heaven. adele’s best album, and for sure one of the best albums of all time. highlights: EVERY. TRACK.
good folk rock, folk rock isn’t my favorite genre though, unfortunately.
wonderfully put together album. could listen over and over again for hours. this album is truly one of the best, it deserves the place it has on this list. timeless alt rock.
never boring! very good album, I’m just not a very huge fan of metal.
awesome disco! makes me wanna dance all over the place!
pretty catchy, but gets repetitive towards the end.
pretty sweet folk! folk just isn’t my favorite genre, it probably could’ve been a higher rating if i liked the genre more.
very fun to listen to
not a fan
pretty good r&b!
i liked this more than i expected to!
very catchy! i really loved this album, it made me feel happy. a lot of these reviews are low, so i didn’t really expect to love it, I. WAS. WRONG.
good album! but it dragged on way too long for my liking.
this album astonished me. it definitely exceeded my expectations. i had heard some tracks before, but those that i hadn’t blew me away!
this is very soothing to listen to. it gives me a sense of calmness i have not felt in a long while. automatic 5 stars for how soothing it is, another 5 for how good the music is in itself.
definitely came from the 70s. it was okay, but i don’t think i would listen to this casually.
i enjoyed this more than i thought i would. it’s not my favorite, but it is catchy and fun!
i mean, it’s a rock album from 1965. it definitely sounds like one. that’s not a bad thing! just nothing special about it.
very soothing album! that said, it’s very very slow. i’d really need to be in a certain mood to listen again.
YES. YES. YES. this album is everything I wanted and more. ‘80s rock is awesome. love bon jovi.
WONDERFUL!!! it gives me a good feeling inside. there are beatles albums i like quite a bit more than this though, so it has to be a 4.
not really sure what i think, not my favorite album ever, but not my least favorite.
trying too hard to sound good makes you sound bad
i loved this. loved her voice. loved the sounds.
nice album! didn’t expect to get it the day that the queen died, but i did enjoy it.
beautifully haunting. rest in peace jeff.
enjoyed, but probably not going to be listening to a lot of it again.
soothing, very soothing. this really calmed me and made my day better. :)
country, but nice and calm country.
do not see myself listening again
absolutely love johnny cash, just not the hugest fan of live albums, but this is still a solid 4 star.
loved, CCR is always amazing.
liked his voice, but don’t really like country.
I GOT MY BELL, I’M GONNA TAKE YOU TO HELL
AHEAD OF ITS TIME. i would believe this was made today if i didn’t know better.
wasn’t my favorite, but not my least favorite.
pretty good! wasn’t really my style, but it wasn’t bad.
missy elliott is amazing, she’s influential and wonderful.
not bad, but not my style.
wonderful listen, just felt like it dragged on too much for me to give it a 5, i got tired of it.
beautiful. every song is a masterpiece. would be a crime to rate this less than a 5.
not my music style, but it was an okay listen.
pretty good, but not amazing.
absolute perfection from start to finish.
perfect example of “don’t judge a book by its cover”
